I had friendly and efficient service from Maduvha Thathaisa
Please do not use We Move Cars. My car was transported from Cape Town to Johannesburg. It arrived late (we all understand logistical issues). I was then promised that my car would arrive on Saturday evening for collection on Sunday morning. I arrived on Sunday morning to find that my car was still on the flat bed. The driver said that there had been an issue since arriving (no power to the motor to unload) and the workshop was closed so andiyaz. After getting a hold of Tinashe Chigede he said that he didn’t know that there was an issue and couldn’t get a hold of any of the staff (they were standing in front of me and all had access to their phones). Eventually they sorted it out (after standing around for more than an hour and yelling because I had a toddler with me). I witnessed the way they manhandled the cars. Please spare yourself the trauma.
Bheki Sebegoe came through like a knight in shining armour to the rescue (with the help of the roadside assistance crew)! Thank you so much for your assistance!
I’ve been a loyal Miway customer for over 10 years and it is definitely due to the excellent customer service and value for money and special mention to David Kgasi for his prompt service this morning! Please give him a trip to Cape Town!!
Tsepo Thakisi was friendly and effective and changed my details within 10 minutes. It was a pleasant experience.
So I've been posting on this forum since my parcel went MISSING 2 months ago. Last week I received a RUDE call from the store manager (not the owner) to inform me that the store refuses to pay me back for the lost cellphone because I did not take POSTNET insurance and that ARAMEX insurance does not cover cellphones even though I SPECIFICALLY asked the person on the day to explain the insurance policy and was assured that I was covered for a maximum of R1000. In short, I paid for an overnight service which never occurred and my parcel went missing and no one wants to pay back the money (that includes money spent on the numerous phone calls I've had to make to ascertain what is happening, the money I spent on sending the parcel and the cellphone which was my mother's day present).

WELL DONE FOR NOT TAKING ANY RESPONSIBILITY, POSTNET!!!

ALSO, WELL DONE FOR TAKING A PENSIONER'S PRESENT!!!

WELL DONE FOR ALSO TAKING A PERSON'S HARD EARNED CASH FOR NOT DELIVERING ANY SERVICE!!!
I am still waiting for a resolution for my parcel which went missing 2 months ago. Since then I have had a response on here promising me that the supplier's claim section would be in touch with me. They contacted me but said that there was no resolution as they were waiting for a response from Postnet. Once again, no one is taking responsibility. I called the original customer service manager who was supposed to assist me (the same person who emailed me once and stated that she would call me back on the same day...this was more than a month ago and who has ignored my calls). She then said that I had to call Postnet myself to get resolution. What is going on!!! No one wants to pay me back. I am at my wit's end. I have to stay composed when people don't give a dam (Sp!) and who insult my intelligence by saying that I don't listen. I have it in PRINT. I sent all the claims documents. I have called numerous times. No one is paying me back for my parcel, for the service which was not delivered and the hours (yes I've accumulated hours) of phone calls to find out what is happening with my claim. PLEASE HELP SO THAT I DON'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH YOU EVER AGAIN.
I initially wrote a complaint about a month ago (including Postnet) and to date I have not had any resolution on my missing parcel (which contained a cellphone for my mother's day gift). Neither Postnet not Aramex are taking responsibility for it and I have been the one calling the offices to speak to Customer Service Managers who do not respond to emails or phone calls (they are constantly in meetings).

I have received ONE email from the Customer Service Manager and in the email she promised to call me back and that was over 3 weeks ago. I am still waiting for that call. At some point, there has to be a resolution and an end to the investigation - I paid for an overnight service, the service was not provided and the parcel went missing (PN000046420). Postnet/Aramex already ruined my Mother's Day gift. I never want to make use of your services again. Please can someone HELP to resolve this issue and pay back my money.
