This company has the worst customer service, with no one actually doing anything about faulty gas cylinders being delivered and installed by their staff. Would not recommend them.
Possibly the worst service from Wesbank, from switchboard operators who have not idea what is going on, to the actual consultants. I paid off my vehicle on 2 May 2025. First of all, the debit order went off on the 7th May, which was included in the settlement, so I am waiting for a refund .... Furthermore, on 30 May, I am still waiting for the NATIS papers to be ready for collection. Disgusting service. I am so glad my new vehicle is not through WESBANK.
This is the second time I am trying to do business with this company. You are expected to pay upfront before delivery, which is all well. But then you are required to follow up daily... You wait DAYS for delivery. Service delivery is terrible!
I ordered and paid for my online order on 18 August. I have emailed them five time, spoken to the call centre four times. When I login, the payment is still pending, even though I have forwarded proof of payment made, which is now 10 days ago. No one responds to emails, and call centre are useless.
