Problem with this is that Bluu Car Rental makes renting a car a very stressful experience with delays in refunds, taking money from accounts, accusing renters of damaging cars when they have not done so and then sending threatening SMS for damages etc. Really poor service all around - not one rental experience has been without some problem of some sorts.
Cartrack accounts department is one of the most, if not the most inept department that I have dealt with in the last propably 5 years. They have no idea what goes on.
Poor service almost from day one. 1. Charged for insurance after specifically stating I have my own insurance. Still struggling to get it cancelled and refunded after almost a month. 2. Specifically asked for a debit order date of the 25th of each month, come 7 January, MTN tries to debit my account. 3. Received payment link from MTN on the 7th and paid account via the link on the 7th. Woke up this morning to a suspended service. 4. Don't receive SMS from a number of service providers, still struggling to have that issue resolved.
Cartrack service (accounts) is pathetic. I am not sure that if they can't even locate R 440 on their accounts how they will be able to find my car if it is ******. Despite numerous requests and being placed on hold for 16 minutes, I have not been able to speak with a senior management member.
Poor service - want to transfer ownership of a tracking device. Have called, no answer - just listening to on hold. No response to emails.
I sold a vehicle fitted with a Matrix Tracking Device. The new owner is an existing Matrix Customer. Have sent numerous request dating from April 2024 to the have the account transferred to the new owners name. No response or acknowledgement. Poor service.
