Placed an order nearly a month ago. Followed up via e-mail, no response. Tried calling, no answer. Very bad customer service, and I'm expecting the money I paid for the product is a loss.
I had to make a cash deposit at the Standard Bank ATM in Cradock because I cannot visit the branch during business hours. The deposit had to be made before 3108/2018 to avoid late fees. For the last two days the ATM does not give me the option to deposit cash, only cheques.
On 12/11/2015 at 18:24 we placed an order for delivery. The order was delivered at 19:05. Upon checking the order we found that part of the order was missing. We all make mistakes and when the delivery guy went back to collect the rest of the meal we accepted that he will be back within about 10 minutes - which is the approximate travelling time to the shop and back. At 19:35 he did not return yet and another call was made to follow up. We were told he was waiting for another order to deliver and will bring our outstanding delivery along. At 20:00 we were still waiting and called again. Lana told us that the delivery guy was standing outside the shop and will bring our delivery immediately. At 20:13, after we had finished eating what was delivered originally, we eventually received the part of the meal we were waiting for.
Last night a window in my daughter's room broke and within minutes after receiving our call Pieter and his team arrived to do repairs. I am sure that call outs is a part of their business, but these guys were efficient and the reaction time was super fast!
