Good day I've shared my query with wonga openly here but I still didn't receive a solution about the 2 collectors whom I am paying every month for one account which is wonga. Why is Shapiro Shaik Defreis and associates asking me and continue to make arrangements on your behalf if you only sold my account to Nimble Group Attorneys. Please manage your collectors.
Good afternoon Wonga Thank you for your email and feedback. I'm so disappointed at how you treat me, I've been investigating this wonga account and the handover matter. I've discovered that you've handed me over to two different companies or collection lawyers companies. even if I've clearly declared to you guys that I'm currently unemployed and it has been 4 years now. The interesting thing is that the outstanding balance doesn't change. Where is the payments going? So I need to know which company must I deal with exactly between Nimble group, Shapiro Shaik Defreis and associates and or should I say Norman Bissett & Associates. This isn't fair because I'm sharing and sacrificing my kid's grants money with all these companies why are you always striving to keep us financially challenged group down. I'm grateful for the feedback back I got from Scott of Capitec Bank Head Office. It's was such an enlightenment. They still didn't clear the unnecessary charges from my account of which I'm unable to use currently 😞😭 I committed to taking responsibility of 4 charges then the rest they'll have to clear.
Good Morning to Mr Gerrie Fourie my CEO I am so disappointed with the account management system at Capitec Bank. Capitec bank allowed Disney plus and Google pay to try and debit my account 31 days of the month even if there was no funds. Now I am sitting with R127.48 due to insufficient funds charges. I'm disgusted by this pathetic policy as now I am unable administer transactions in my account. Please resolve and stop this unnecessary poverty tactics on already unemployed society member trying to make a living.
