Good day The customer service that I got at Steve Madden at East rand it’s disappointing I went there to buy shoes that I saw at Sandton store the sad part their staff didn’t really care about the customers in store they don’t even greet customers the is no customer service I will never go there ..they make you feel like you are nothing
I am writing this review with a broken heart because the treatment that we get at Ackermans at Ya rona shopping centre in Kalfontain it’s unbearable they treat us as if they are just doing us a favour the store outside is written they are operating from 9 everyday they they don’t open at 9 when we ask they give us attitude and this is not the first time the manager doesn’t even bother to apologise for the inconvenience instead she tell her staff that they should be bothered about us when we are outside begging the to open to spend our own money in their store I will never set my foot there …black people treated that way it’s soo sad
I am soo disappointed with the treatment that I am getting from Capitec they don’t want to refund my money the don’t care about your right the only solution that I am left with now is to take them to the lawyers I can’t be always fighting for what’s mine I am done with this bank and please don’t bother to respond because you write the same response and never bother to deliver
Please refund me my money and stop promising customers empty promises I want my money back M tired of following you guys
Capitec bank they are not reliable I have app**** for newborn premium wave which I have fought with them to get response to be approved at the end they said it’s been approved.they sent me an email stating that it’s been approved.yet today they deducted they money which doesn’t belong to that policy I called asking them to refund the money one is assisting me they are busy transferring me from one agent to another is this fear? Now my other debit are busy bouncing back because Capitec took they money that doesn’t belong to them it’s default for them to refund the money.case number 01574641
Bad service I ordered some few things I wanted to collect them at load of living mall of Africa and at the the moment I am quite far I will only come back after 2months I called to ask if I can send someone to collect on my behalf and provide her id if the can’t trust her they can video call me I will show my face and id to prove that is me but they refused soo in that case they have lost a customer they will have to keep the parcel and return it because the is nothing I can do at the moment…
I won’t advise anyone to take Capitec bank policy the experience or the treatment that I am getting they see dreams when you take the policy but when they are supposed to deliver what they promised they don’t I have 3years policy with them I am currently on maternity leave as promised I have app**** for newborn premium wave it’s been more then 7days without saying anything I have to follow them the agent that I always get they tell me they can’t help me everyone in that company they can’t help me while I need help from them my case number is * #01489431 my advice is that DONT TAKE POLICY From they **** people
I would first like to apologise because it was not easy dealing with me Lechaan was patient enough to dealing me and she make sure that they delivered the service in time Thanks you to Lechaan she is well trained to deal with customers thank you very much 💐💐
My experience with this insurance it has been nothing but stressfull I wouldn’t even recommend it to anyone ever if is my worst enemy.I have been following them on my claim nothing is happening is story after story I have even given up on them they can do what ever they want they will call me the day they trained their staff to know how to treat customers.
I value bad service from this insurance company one is bothered to call and update you on your claim they are full of different stories I spoke to one of their staff regarding my claim they are saying different stories e.g less say my damages on my vehicle is R10000 they expect me to pay they access fee of 8600 that means on their side they will only pay 1400 to to cover the cost of my car then basically I am the one who paying my own damages dispute the fact I have insurance doesn’t make sense..bad service they are playing with people
