Brought my car for the first service there they said the car is 100% okay,after that been hearing weird noise(3 different sounds)when i am braking,brought it back they said the car is fine they just cleaned the pads and the other noise it just ABS reacting(80km) it normal mindyou i did mention that when they test driving it i want to be there,they did not do that,Result from them : they said it normal i insist to test drive the car with them and the test driver did confirm that there is a problem,same test driver who said the car was good,They gave me incorrect result several times and they **** to Me.When i came i told them it a business car they have to do proper checking but they did not.I am making a loss business side and wasting my time by keep coming back.Awaiting to see what they will do Tomorrow Saturday(13/02/2026) So disappointed💔Be careful and also do test drive your car with them to confirm if it still okay or not. Unprofessional.
They deduct R850 they say it for activation fee meanwhile i was not told about the activation fee when they first time assist me,the lady called Nthabiseng lepile did not tell me about that. So i refuse to accept this,I want a refund since i was not aware about it.They don’t get back to me when i say i want Voice recordings to proof what i am saying
I have extended warranty 3 months back, early this month they did a repair and they say I must pay for repair fee while the warranty was extended.why I am paying? and they deducted with my authority of which was R650.when I call they keep on transferring me to another department until they make me hold for long time.No one is willing to help me from them they just transfer me, why would I act as if everything is okay.
They debited money from my account after I cancelled their policy worse i cancelled after 2 days. And that was not the agreement i had with them . When I was cancelling the insurance i asked them to stop the debt . And their consultant assured me that they will not debit my account. I need my money back . They debited two times in one month,i just woke up now they take my money for rest i was not aware
They are not reliable at all,i feel like a ****.i want to stop working with them they ignoring my emails,if I call they say they will call me back,like what so hard just remove me as your client so I can have peace.The insurance cannot help me because my profile is linked with them. cancel my policy and bsure no longer want to work with you. I have lost alot of business opportunities since my business account with them id giving me problems ever since I opened it snd another thing i am forced to open a personal account with them so that my business account can be active and do all transactions.I am at traderoute(lenasia) branch still awaiting and not being assist.I have been coming to the bank several times they keep making empty promises to fix my account.NB : Don’t open business account with nedbank they will complicate your things.
once you signed the agreement with them, from there you receive poor service,been awaiting for panic button for more than 6 months, one of the unit is no longer working they not coming to repair/change it, geo alert(take more than an hour for them to call you that time the car will be gone).Poor service
Been calling cartrack each and every week they keep making empty promises Been awaiting for installation for camera in durban but no technician coming and no one is updating me what going on and no one answer my calls,Durban branch has disappointed me💔
It been 3 week they have not installed a camera on my car and they not getting back to me,their road vision camera is not the quality you see when they advertis it I’m disappointed
