Ordered and paid for a part giving all the vin and engine numbers plus merc part number. Got no response. Contacted daily for two weeks. Eventually got a delivery of a completely different part. Now fighting for my money back or the right part.
Ordered and paid for a part. Had to follow up for two weeks before I got delivery But the completely wrong part delivered. Now they are not responding to my request for the right part ordered or a refund. They don't reply to WhatsApp and that's the only communication channel.
Our company had debit orders referenced to Vodacom. We called the helpline to find out what it was but could get no further through the computerised answering machine without a cellphone number. We were subsequently handed over to HPD Attorneys. We decided to pay in full and close the debit order rather than try and make head or tail of what it was for. Got confirmation of receipt and a reference number. Then in August 2024 we were handed over again to Saya recoveries! No matter how much explaining and proof of payment and correspondence, we are still on the recoveries debt list! Be very careful when authorising a Vodacom debit order, it will go on for infinity without service and may end up with your debt record being downgraded.
