Blue crown finance is a **** ,am still waiting for my loan ,every time i contact them ,all am being told is that my loan is in a process ,they are refusing to refund me, the transfer fee that paid and now demanding R4940.50 saying its legal fees
My name is Jermina , i have app**** for personal loan with Blue crown finance and i have been chatting with them about my application, i have send necessary documents and the contract had an admission fee which i paid for in order for my loan to be processed ,now after making the payment i received another contract from SADIOQ JAMES ASSOCIATE&LAW FIRM saying i need to pay another called transfer fee of R4940.50 which i was not told about in the beginning, now that i paid the admission fee, am told i can't get [the money back because the loan is being processed ,Blue crown finance is registered with NCR WHICH is why i trusted them NCRCP10336, all i want ti my money back because they were not transparent from the begining.
My account was handed over to the attorneys, I was given a settlement discount and I honored the agreement paid and send my proof of payment to them, and I requested a paid up letter, now the same attorneys are still sending me sms's about the same agreement and no one is responding to my request to receive my paid up letter
i have been disappointed by the ASAP service with pick n pay, first one the orders i had an item that not even addable and it review the item but no one has reached out to me, and the delivery of the product took more than two hours to be delivered while some of the items had melted and no longer the same, i then cancel the second delivery due to incorrect invoice, i still haven't received my money back and i have requested to funds to be paid back but every time i request the pay out i get the same message saying pay out will be in 2 to 3 working days but it has being more than that, i tried to call them ,the line is forever busy and at the end request you to leave a message which no one ever respond to.
i received a call from AF last and the consultant said she will call me back regarding my enquiry, am still waiting, since i submitted i have been stuck on in progress where's people with submitted after received their payout
I am having the worse treatment from Cell C, and i have been the a loyal customer for years with them, but now they are just making my life hard and difficult, i had one contract and a month-on-month contract with them a (connector line) which is just network line , i was called by one of the retention guys to offer me an upgrade on that line ,which i was told am paying too much for just internet, I could upgrade and benefit the devices as well, and i told the who called me that , I don't want anything happening on that line because am using the line for work and school and day to day life style ,i don't want interruptions on that line, and i repeatedly advice what ever the upgrade i want to run out of data on that line, he said fine i make sure you have enough to last you the whole month, i even said to him based on my usage he can surly see how much data i use on that ,he assured me i will not run out of data ,mind you i was on a terrer bite on that line and every month i would forfeit some on the data ,the upgrate was done on the 29/08/2024 and the guy said will call me once i received the devices to migrate and i received the device on the 30/08/2024 and he called call, so called in to find out if everything was okay ,The customer services refused to give me the name of the guy who called me for an upgrade ,they transfered me to retention which i spoke a lady and she said oh i can see the guy who did an upgrade i'll go to him and tell him to call you back, still i have received a call from him, few minutes later i received an sms to advise me on my monthly bill not the benefits i was going get, now this was on 3/09/2024 when i called for the guy, i called in again on the 4th because am now getting sms's every day about the less data i have each day and i was worried about because i specifically told him that whatever he do on his side it shouldn't affect my connection on that line, with an upgrade as a customer you are given 7 days to cancel the upgrade , so now my 7 days is now finished , i couldn't get hold the guy to make sure that am on the right package am refused the name of the person , they keep on transferring me from one department to another , i called again on the 8th because now am really worried about the SMS's i got hold of Elizabath in customer service and explained my worries to her and she checked on her side and said to me not to worry about the SMS's its just the daily usage SMS's , today on the 12/09/2024 my line was disconnected apparently i used up my benefits for the month, i called in because now i can't work , i spoke to Ndibu from customer services i explained to her whats happening why is my line disconnected and she said i used up my benefits or services and told that can't be right becuase I SPECIFICALLY ADVICED THAT I DON'T WANT ANYTHING THAT WILL INTERUPT THAT LINE, and i was told not to worry am on unlimited data, and she nope you out of data, i requested to speak to a manager then she transfered me to NJABULO which was even worse than the agent , she was just quite when i told her what had happen , she was not even paying any attention to me ,i kept on repeating myself ,she said i should have spoken to the fibra guys if i wanted unlimited ,imagine after i have explained to her that i didnt need an upgrade i was called told that am paying too much for just data ,i can get devices with the same amount which am payingR1100 for terra bite simcard i never run out of data infected i forfeit data monthly, Njabulo said she reconnect my line BUT i will pay double on my next bill she meant i would be paying R2200 ON THE MISTAKE AND FALSE IMFORMATION AND CUSTOMER MISLEADING that they did on their side, now am disconnected and no one seems to want to listen to call of an upgrade ,and they kept on transferring to different department and refusing the name of the agent who did the upgrade to fix the mistake or cancel the contract, now am being told i can't cancel the contract because is past the 7 days cancellation period
I have never experienced such a bad service from Alexander Forbes, the system has been hanging since Monday, and it keeps on saying I've already submitted my withdrawal for this tax year, and I didn't submit anything because the system has been hanging since then, i have tried to call several times , they don't answer calls and when you get an agent they'll put you on hold for the longest time, they don't respond to emails ,call back request nothing.
