Bad Service, Was in Casualty for 12 hours with my brother who have gangrene ,doctor in Casualty said in file say he has to go for surgery.Wednesday night, was 2 days in passage as there was no beds.They treat him for what I booked him in for and sister tells me because dr did not write they must attend to wound they won't. Then got tol he has to wait till Monday to go to wound clinic. sister told me have septicemia which I will believe.The wound is badly infected and refuse to assist... He cleans it himself an we have to buy the medical treatment. there negligence of having gangrene/septicemia and Does not get treatment at ALL.
i CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION 2 months ago. Still they put debit orer on my bank account which I see as ***** as i Cancelled to be with them end August 2024.How can they want to deduct money if I cancelle my subscription.You phone an hol on for 20 minutes no answer from no one and Whatsapp they can not assist. I cancelled my insurance a year ago with proof of payment and calener month cancellation. a year later again i had to pay and cancelled 2 months again and paid the full amount. got emails and SMS to say they must cancell my insurance. My ITC bad because of their negligence. Still, they have not corrected my account as I paid on 16 August 2024 immediate payment. And they still invoice me now for September. ***!
