Terrible experience at ) Dealership Mercedes-benz Westrand ( Constantia Kloof ) dealership in Roodepoort
I went to mercedes to buy a mac wheel for my car a month back, when I went to pick it up after it was ordered, i found out that they ordered a wrong Mac wheel. I then asked for refund which the promised to pay its been weeks now i still do not have my refund even though I shared my bank account details. This was a terrible experience!!!0 replies

i hired a car for 10 days through booking.com and tempest canceled my hire with no refund. i have been waiting for both booking.com and tempest to refund me my money for weeks now still nothing. This is poor service by both tempest car hire and booking.com please advise what must i do to get back my money !0 replies
