Worst customer support. They accidentally cancelled my account then billed me R2000 from cancelation. When I noticed my line was disconnected I was transferred back and forth between over 8 agents. It's been 7 days now and they have still not assisted me. They now say they will recconect my line but I must wait another 3 days. I have spent a lot of money on data to work and now they still want to charge me for reconnection and a full month even though I still don't have internet. They only have a WhatsApp channel so you cannot call them and wait days for assistance on WhatsApp and have to repeat the same thing over and over to different agents because the chats keep ending. Do not use Webafrica
Bodyflo Edenvale has ignored all my requests to cancell my month to month membership since 2019. They continue to take money from my account. No response to emails.
I have made multiple requests to cancel my account since Feb. When they eventually do answer their phones, they promise to escalate, but nothing happens. I have created multiple tickets via the app and no one has gotten back to me. They are still taking money from my account for a service I have not used in 6 months as I have moved.
I have been trying to cancel my month to month membership at the edenvake/Modderfontein since 2019! 5 years later and they are still taking money from my account. They do not respond to emails or follow through on any agreements. Person responding on WhatsApp number is very rude.
