I am heavily disappointed and dissatisfied with the level of service I had received from Bodyflo gym in birch acres, though I won’t go in detail but they really need to invest in offering splendid customer service. Their machines, especially treadmills are always malfunctioning and there’s always an influx of people with little space to even workout as their malfunctioning machines also occupy a large section of space. I regret the day I came into their door and signed that contract.

I joined Birch Acres Bodyflo Family Gym on the 20th of November 2024 after they closed the modderfontein branch without informing us. Bodyflo Birch Acres is a disaster , am still traumatized cos nothing is in order. Soooo many people. Weights were everywhere on the floor, no ventilation, so much noise, everywhere is smelling, they don't clean the machine/equipment, people were smoking **** outside, gym can't provide wifi for it's members which was shocking to me. No hot water, it was just a messsssss. Am extremely disappointed and I don't know why they closed the modderfontein branch.

I personally enjoyed my time at the gym and a very affordable price. The contract I took was 3 years (if I remember correctly) and unfortunately I had to relocate to another province. I paid the mandatory cancellation fee on August 5 2024 and I have the slip. Got told that the last debit order will go through on the August 25 and I had no problem with that. Boom September 25 another debit order and contacted the gym on two numbers; I got a response on the other one " Although you signed the form In August ,the 30Days notice still needs to considered. Bodyflo Management" After that I was never entertained. It's a good gym but the trend you will see are people being debited even after terminating the contract.

On the 21st of June I asked them to change my debicheck mandate and provided them with my new account details as I wanted to close the one account I have, they read it on the 23rd of June, earlier today 01-07-2024 they sent me a message asking me what bank to use but I supp**** them with all the stuff, just to log back into my account to find that they debited it from my bank I wanted to close, useless

I have been trying to terminate my membership at Edenvale but no one is there to assist. They even get debit orders incorrectly after advertising specials. I would give no stars

I signed up to join your gym on Birch acres, a de*****eck was done and Approved on my account. Last week when I was enquiring about my membership I was told it was not active as yet itll only be active once the first debit order goes off. So I asked them to cancel my membership and now they asking me for R150 admin fee to cancel a membership that is not even ctive. This was not on the contract I signed and I am not willing and do not have the R150. The debit order is going to go off my acc in a couple of days. Please cancel this I cannot afford to have this problem. I do not have a phone so if you try to call me u might not get through but u can email me.
