I have been trying to terminate my membership at Edenvale but no one is there to assist. They even get debit orders incorrectly after advertising specials. I would give no stars
I logged a call at Nedbank for Missing Payment. I was sent an email by consultant to log a query. Over a week and that i sent email no one responds or anything. Basically I phoned, then I was referred to an email. I log my query but no acknowledgement or anything. I have been sending the email to no one existing..... No feedback, no one is saying anything......The consultant says to me, my query was resolved.....So query resolved on me being sent an email that doesn't even work.....I'm still missing my money from Nedbank.......
I AM EXTREMELY UNHAPPY. A CONSULTANT UPGRADED DATA AND ADDED AMOUNTS WHEN I SIMPLIFY SAID I HAVE FINANCIAL CONSTRAINTS. HE WENT TO REVERSE AND ADDED MORE MONEY. FIRST CONSULTANT MISLEAD ME ON WHAT THEY OFFER. SECOND CONSULTANT GO AND REVERSE AND ADD AMOUNT AND DATA WE DIDN'T AGREE ON.

Have been waiting for my parcel which is currently in Johannesburg international mail centre for over months. You can't reach customer service or get hold of anyone. Sent emails 📧 couple of times and tried calling in. No response whatsoever...This is really sad, I'm using the parcel and missed the event
I AM DISAPPOINTED. MY TFG WORLD TotalSport sent a guy who did not trust my security. He just left even though I instructed to leave parcel by security. He decided to phone after and I was at the gate but he just left anyway. I NEED THE PARCEL ASAP. ITS FOR MY COMPETITION. WE TRUST OUR SECURITY GUYS THEY ARE ESSENTIAL WORKER LOOKING AFTER US.....PLEASE LEAVE MY PARCEL AT SECURITY GATE ASAP. I NEEDED FOR MY COMPETITION LATER TODAY. TELL THE COURIER YOU USE TO LEAVE PARCEL AT THE GATE....PLEAAAAAASE
Capitec doesn't need to assist me. Can someone just send me a letter to show that I settled my account. Can the information be updated as well on credit Bureau..It's been over 4 months now.. Access Facility settlement letter. PLEASE!!!
I paid access facility but not updated on bureau. I phoned for 2 weeks, no one can possibly direct me to Legal department. Being directed to wrong departments, no one seems to be interested 😕 Very Very Disappointing
