We came here today at Caramello’s Northridge in Bloemfontein to have breakfast, the waiter was very nice. However , a fly came inside the juice and we asked for help regarding that , but the manager said “it’s nature” meaning every damn time you make your way to Caramello’s and an unfortunate thing happens to your drinks or food , just know you’re gonna be told that’s “it’s nature” not solution- oriented whatsoever. Just horrible customer service. AND you pay for it regardless, they could learn a thing or two from other businesses.
We bought a CUBOT tablet at GAME,I took my child’s tablet to GAME on the 08th of March at Fleurdal because the screen freezes! They told me that they will take it to REPAIRS because it has a 1 year warranty anyway. y Yesterday ,on the 18th of March , i called to ask the feedback and they said they will call me back of which they didn’t , However they communicated with Daddy, I was told to go fetch the tablet today, and to my suprise, the communication between the store and the supervisors only took place yesterday and the TABLET is still not fixed!! What kind of customer service is this ? They didn’t even tell me that this tablet is not fixed!
I have bought a laptop from HomeChoice in May , in June I had to return it because it had problems, it’s October now the laptop is still with them. I have bought another laptop and I don’t want that laptop from them anymore. Yesterday I settled that account and I had it closed, I owe HomeChoice morning !!! Please help me get my credit back from this horrible company!!! Never make a mistake as a client of buying electronics from this company that doesn’t have a warranty of the goods they sell. You will regret it!!! I never had to struggle like this in my life. I just want my credit back and have you keep your laptop!
I bought a laptop at HomeChoice that arrived on the 18th of May. The laptop had a problem and I was told to give it back to Home Choice Bloemfontein Showroom on the 14th of June to send to Cape Town to their Head Office . It is the 09th of September and after numerous times going to the branch to find out what’s happening,I still do not know!! However they are quick to call and tell me to pay for something that I’m not even using! I have indicated to the branch and HomeChoice Support on email that I do not want that laptop anymore. There is no customer service! No one is saying anything but they are able to send a statement and have people call me a million times a day to pay?? Pay for what ? The laptop is with them and it has been over months without knowing what’s wrong with the laptop. I need URGENT help with this. I’m tired of this company and I want to close my account with immediate effect! I will never buy from them and I will never recommend anyone to do the same.
