I am happy to say that I get the answers I am looking for. Miway is always ready to hear my thoughts and assist.

Maduvha assisted me with my call. He was very friendly, and professional. His service was efficient and he never lost focus. As a manager of an information center myself, I would consider him a great asset. Once again, I am pleased with the product which Miway has provided me. They remain unbeatable in my books.
I contracted the above business to re install air conditioners at my home. They installed the units, but did not complete their work. I was left with leaks and plumbing which was not properly fitted. They also overcharged and now don't take my calls.

<p>We went on a family cruise. None of us were opted for international roaming. All cellphones had no signal during the cruise. They were locked in the safe in our cabin.</p> <p>On my next billing, we are chargend for calls to Italy, to a number similar to my number with a few additional digits. Has MTN extended their coverage miles into open ocean? I think not!!! Beside we dont have acquaintances in Italy. I complained to MTN (ref ********** 38) . I got an e mail stating that investigation shows that it was my sim being used. Whether my sim was "hacked" who knows, but MTN was arrogant. They promised to follow up , but failed to do so after my second attempt to resolve matters.</p> <p> They debited my account for calls I did not make. </p>

<p>I was shopping around for a homeloan switch. I contacted Standard Bank, and shortly therafter , they sent me forms to complete. Once complete , I returned these forms. I did not hear from them again.</p> <p>I got in touch with the guy who sent me the forms and was promised a follow up.</p> <p> </p> <p>Still no response......</p> <p>At least tell me you not interested.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had to take my business elsewhere....SAD</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
<p>I booked in my new Sony phone for repairs. It had a factory fault which was well known world wide. Mtn approved a replacement handset. I was then notified by the very same Mtn branch, that there is no stock.....Yet they are advertising the very same type of phone....</p> <p>Also staff at the branch dont seem too interested in assisting me. ...I guess the focus is capturing new contracts only.</p>
