******* TRAFFIC OFFICIALS. There was a traffic official who was on her uniform with the state vehicle today who behaved so much unprofessional and *********** so as she was chit-chatting with her drunk friend who stopped in the middle of the road obstructing traffic and when i tell her to let her friend to move away from the road in her response she was just saying to me"i must get out of my car and tell him.myself and if i can; i can write him a fine(ticket)" because she does not see anything wrong with it. I am very much amazed by her behaviour as 1. The other driver was under influence of alcohol but he was never taken to task of his driving condition 2. She was on uniform but she never even respected her uniform while her colleague was already in the state vehicle having nothing to say also he was on uniform 3. Road traffic obstruction as some of us we would have been either fined or even scarred away by their siren but this one we hooted but no; they both ignored us and continued with their jokes 4. When i said; i will report her; she just said i must go ahead....public was witnessing such behaviour from this traffic officer(a lady) and the time was around 12:04 in Seshego zone3. Proof of the driven state vehicle as a photo; i also do have it on my phone registration number: CSV 455 L white ISUZU bakkie This officer shows she can be ******* even on the national roads and also she is wasting the TAX payers monies due to her conduct. I want her given a harsh warning even if it may be disciplinary action taken against her from her behaviour in full uniform which was disrespected.
I went to Multichoice outlet in Polokwane Cnr Grobler n Biccard and I was assisted by a lady called Lethabo and she gave me a great customer service even when i was difficult on her but she managed to sort me out on my issue of my account. Thank you alot Lethabo for your patience and help. May this be recognised by your management for you to get an incentive...
Some people deserves promotions at their workplace or even acknowledgement from management. I was in Hifi corp in Polokwane on tuesday and the reception was great and friendly from staff. I was assisted by Stanley Kwinana and he sold me almost everything in the shop which i found it very great in making sure the customer knows what the shop has. I suggest he gets acknowledgement of his good customer service which projected to me just on coming to buy a simple SMART LNB for my client... Well done Stanley...
Useless CUSTIMER RETENTION *********** CUSTOMER CARE Unreliable HQ ******* ***** PREMIUMS AND NO TRUTH FOR VALUE FOR MONEY. EVEN UPTO THIS DAY STILL WAITING FOR THEIR CALL FOR MY COMPLAIN LAID WITH THEM TWO WEEKS AGO WILL NOT EVEN RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE FOR INSURANCE NOR EVEN HQ FOR HANDLING OF ISSUES OF THEIR CLIENTS TRUTHFUL AND RESPONSIBLY
Just last week i sent a complain and the following day i was called by some guy who said he's going to do investigation on my case where my insurance got cancelled without my acknowledgement until today i had never heard anything from multichoice...i have laid my monthly premium and schools are closing which therefore mean my children won't be able to enjoy the holidays since now we on our second week without tv...multichoice really is a failure and i really do not believe this...i want my answers guys...
I have been a loyal customer for multichoice for some years now and last year i was called to signup a 12months contract to paying a flat rate on my decoder and i even asked the consultant that i have an insurance on my current decorder and it won't be tempered with? She said yes all will be as it was. This morning my explorer decorder started rebooting itself nonestop then when i call multichoice i am told my insurance has been cancelled without my knowledge because i am to claim for replacement for its faulty mulfunctioning....please help me because i can't buy a new decoder while at the back of my mind i have insurance...they even messed my email address claiming they sent me cancellation documents
I am very much disgusted with Tshwane municipality billing department as many of us are paying our accounts on monthly basis while others aren't even honoring the bill but we get to be disrespected in this fashion...my account is paid upto date and i am literally unemployed but every month i know my dues and honor...this account is of my late mother and since i am left incharge to payin the rates and services i do that via EFT but is is never allocated on time and always when i buy electricity it will be reduced claiming my account not being paid whatsoever...right now i made my payment beginning of Jan for Dec but upto now it is not allocated so that they can add hidden charges which will not be reversed...can this looting be dealt with once and for all at this municipal office...every time i buy electricity units, they come reduced and having taken my money i use to buy units they say they paying portion from it; then they block my purchase of units i was supposed to get...i can't stand such incompetence every month from the accounts department...i want answers as this is very offensive to me...I WANT THIS MATTER RESOLVED A.S.A.P
Every month i do my payments on my app and they do not allocate my paid amount...instead they are so *********** to can simply allocate my money paid they rush into blocking my account to take my money from the electricity units i buy. Last month i called and spoke to one of their consultants and he assisted me in allocating the money from the units i have been buying while they deduct from it. Right now my bill they even did not credit all my money deducted, they did not allocate my money i paid for the the month of april, they do not even send me bills because of the theft they are doing in *****ing our monies because some of us we analyse our bills to eradicate such theft...guys be careful of these *********** management in Tshwane municipality accounts as they are *****ing without your knowledge because they do not even bother to inform you as an account holder what next steps they'll be taking once your account is not in order...i want my bills sent monthly they have my email. If last night i did not create an account in viewing my own statement, i wasn't gonna know of these theft happening behind my account. I am very much angry because i am not working and they ***** from even destitute people of S.A...theft is not only in large amounts but even these small unnoticed amount it is theft...
Multichoice *******ing our viewing and it to prove that it make our decoder loose its time and date which also have an impact of updating it...this isģ very much depressing having programs to watch but not able to do so.
I am a subscriber of a dstv and have downloaded my dstv app over 10 times now trying to address my concern of being unable to watch i.e sabc channels, 158, 331 and all channels which I am table to watch on my hardware...I need your intervention it will be done as expected to meet my needs and satisfaction...I am unhappy client.
