MOMENTUM REFUSING TO PAY HOSPITAL CLAIMS FOR NO GOOD REASON
I still say I wish there was something less than zero and give to momentum. I have been writing here seeking for assistance from anyone who can but with no luck. Ever since hospital put claims in July 2024 up until now Momentum is refusing to pay those claims but they continue deducting money from my account every month. They want every kind of information that is on earth just to avoid paying hospital claims. In my life I have never heard medical aid rejecting claims, it is my first time with momentum. They requested claim history from my previous medical aid and i gave them. They requested clinical history from my GP, and it was given to them. They continued to ask clinical history from the hospitals putting claims, same information they received together with claims, that has been given to them as well. I don't know what else do they want from me now maybe they will request clinical history of my whole family. They suspect that, I might have not disclosed that I am chronic and I don't know where is that coming from and I gave them full freedom to do any kind of investigation because I am not chronic just like I told them that I am not chronic. Guys can anyone advise where to go when medical aid refuse to pay because I am now under debt collectors because of medical aid I trusted with my money. Momentum enjoy collecting money but when its time to pay they run away like they never met you. I am seeking an assistance to anyone who is reading this and raising an awareness to everyone to be careful of what they are joining. I feel like crying everyday i think of momentum, i wish i never left Medshield.

Momentum a big ****mer refusing to pay claims
If there was something less than 1 or even less than zero I’d be giving to momentum. In my life I’ve never heard of hospital claims being rejected by medical aid that you pay every month. They totally refuse to pay, but the time I was joining them I thought I wanted to be safe not knowing I’m putting myself into debts. Now I’m taken to attorneys demanding me to pay, I just received a letter. I’m under attorneys hands now because of momentum. Here we talk of July 2024 claims up until now they refuse, their reason is that they suspect I’m chronic. They asked clinical history and it was given to them and it stated I’m not chronic to anything. Can someone reading this advise me as to what I’m supposed to do in cases like this because momentum is acting like a devil now. They collect money every month and even in December they collected, what kind of cruelty is that, where is humanity. Please good people advise me. How can you refuse to pay for someone’s health while you take his money?

Momentum refusing to pay hospital bills
If there was something less than 1 I’d give them because that’s what they deserve. Momentum is totally refusing to pay hospital claims for no good reason. I am now taken to credit Bereu by hospital because of them. It’s claims dating back from July now we are heading to December but these guys find any stupid reason to not pay. They want any kind of information and all was given to them but still they refuse. Now it makes sense why most GPs don’t want to take momentum it’s because of this. When you have a chance run with all your feet when you hear or see a name “momentum” Anyone with idea as to where to report medical aid?

Momentum medical scheme putting clients in debts instead of helping them.
I wish there was zero to rate this momentum but unfortunately it starts at 1. This scheme doesn’t deserve even 1. They are good on deceiving people to join and turned to be monsters when you in. I have outstanding claims dating back in July and early August. My fear is that they might end up getting paid by me. However I won’t stop fighting until they pay according to their promise. They require information, I give them and they require for more but I always give them. It’s clear they are looking for any loop hole to run away but unfortunately there is not. Now I wish to know who owns it, I will report the matter to ombudsman. Does anyone knows exactly ombudsman dealing with medical aids? I feel very sorry for those still willing to join because yhooooo.

Momentum ran by ***** who collect premiums but never paid claims.
I wish there was zero to rate these ones. They will always look for any reason to pay you. They seek information and you give them but they will never ask for more even if it means they seek for same information. Anyone knows ombudsman to report these ******?

MTN ****ming customers
If there was something less than 0 I’d be giving MTN that rating. Is there any brach beside ombudsman that help those victimised by networks. MTN is currently deducting money on my account that I for device that I did not take. They also charge me cancellation that I don’t even understand what is it for. When they explain they say it’s device fee but I never had their device these ******. I think we all need to gather together as South Africans and leave this stupid network.

I must always needed to contact them to fix errors, even now as we speak they are sitting with unpaid claims, they refuse to pay hospital and requesting unnecessary information from me like clinical history and claim history.
