Constant signal loss
Error message E48 32 constantly received on sport and movie channels. Signal loss daily for the past 2 weeks.

Please bring back your winter edition. Pale blue can. Vanilla Berry flavour. Absolutely marvelous. Also the white can Coconut Berry flavour is fab.

I visited Torga Optical Newcastle branch on 5 June, as I wanted an eye test done for renewal of my drivers license. I am also due for new specs and thought I would cover both with my visit to them. After my eye test was done I was given 2 quotes for spectacles, both in excess of R14000. I told the receptionist I will think about it before placing the order. I then asked for proof of my eye test (cost of R700 which was claimed and paid from my medical aid on the same day) which they refused to give me, unless I order the specs. She said upon receipt of my specs they will issue the eye test proof to me. Since I paid for the eye test, it is my right as consumer to receive proof of the eye test. I now have to do a second eye test elsewhere and pay for same again, this time from my own funds. I will not recommend Torga Optical. Regards.

Marara Pharmacy pathetic service
My mother used to get her medication from Pharmacy Direct as per agreement with Bonitas. Medication now comes from Marara Pharmacy and what a disaster! Marara pharmacy doesnt respond to emails nor do they answer phone calls on their customer care line 0128835000. My mom's chronic medication hasnt been dispensed for 2 weeks now, after they confirmed that they have received the script (blood pressure and heart medication). Pathetic service indeed.
