I purchased a Mercedes benz c200 from the above dealership with great regret. I bought the vehicle without viewing and trusted that Michael Smallberger that the vehicle was 100%. I was told the vehicle was valetd and new tyres were installed. Upon receiving the vehicle there were three carpets damaged, paintwork had fine scratch marks all over the body for which I had to arrange paint correction (at my cost) The worst is the doors creak as you go up any incline. There is a burn mark on the back seat(have a video to prove whilst it was still at the dealership in cpt) This is absolutely appalling to have paid so much and trusted in someone who just wanted a sale and commission. The lesson learnt is never buy from SMG or without seeing and test driving a vehicle

Upon receiving the vehicle it was in a terrible state. The body was full of scratches and I had to get paint correction done at my cost. Three of the carpets were badly damaged. A burn mark on the back seat. A dent on the bonnet. One of the air vents were not working. Creaking noises from all four doors. The salesman Michael Smallberger has interceded to solve the issues and many months later I am still awaiting the carpets for which they only replaced two incorrect ones. Lesson to be learnt never buy without seeing and never buy from SMG
I had requested to close my business account and was told that I have to pay an additional R57. 50 for pro rata service fees after they had already debited my account for the normal monthly fee. This is one of the reasons I am moving to another institution. Daylight *******.
I had my prized Toyota run x rsi repaired at Technostar and was totally bemused by the workmanship. On the first occasion to collect the vehicle I found so many faults I was in absolute shock. Even more so when one of the staff who worked on the vehicle came in defense of the work performed. When I finally collected the vehicle I was so frustrated with going back and forth I just wanted my vehicle out from there. There is still imperfections on the paint. My key had broken at the workshop and replaced without me being informed. Never again Technostar.. I would rate yourll as a no star
