<p>CC Waterproofing began work on damp-proofing an area of my property on 11 May.Insurance assessors advised us that the work CC Waterproofing had completed, was not going to fix the problem. We requested that CC Waterproofing stop their work and the remainder of our deposit be refunded. CC Waterproofing have not made the refund - despite numerous calls and emails.</p>
I purchased a recharge voucher and am unable to activate it. I have phoned the customer care twice and been left hanging on the line for over half an hour to no avail.
For several days I have had problems making internet payments. The OTP is not being received by my phone in time. A series of OTPs will come through hours later - all to no avail. I have been unable to speak to anyone at the call centre. Instead I hear long recorded explanations which end in an insistence that I register for telephone banking. On the Standard Bank website there is an option for emailing the bank, which goes nowhere (no email address is given).
I am selling a vehicle that is monitored by Tracker and so need to discontinue the service. I have phoned 4 times to do this. The retentions and cancellations option at the call centre has never been answered, despite my having hung on for up to 20 minutes at a time. There is simply repetitive music. No one even indicates that they are still aware of your call. I have also sent 2 emails, neither of which have been replied to. I am sure that if I was offering new business, my communications would have been dealt with promptly.
