Krispy Kreme Checkers Ridgeview Shopping Centre. Ladies greeted great , changed their kind ways to rude when paid with a coupon, horrible experience to treat a customer differently due to a coupon 😒🙄. 1st visit I won a frozen berry drink went to this store because they are closer same rude person told me no we don't have berries will give you a lemon drink , very Impolite Unprofessional Staff. 2nd time visit never again. Deserves a shut down.

Nando's Roodebasin Branch Ordered 2×¼ Chicken(lemon & herb) and spicy chips meals , what a disappointment Chicken was stale and no lemon & herb sauce , chips stale & dry. Paid with coupons 2nd meal was cash. What an insulting paying for stale Chicken & chips Shameful Disappointing Staff. 2 tomato sauces 2 mild sauces no salt like I am dog 👎☹️😕

Purchased Selati Golden Brown Sugar 5kg from Checkers , made syrup it was so weak not strong like before. Complaint to RCL FOODS on Whatsup took 1 day for "Mimi Foto " to get back to me, asking so rude what is wrong with the sugar? For weak sugar she gave me an insulting R50.00 wi-code. Vodapay , my mom purchased a nandos coupon yesterday 07/11/2024 with her hard earned 100 vodabucks till now she still didn't receive sms with wi-code on her app it shows its pending, she cant phone 082 135 , get through to an Agent to fix the problem. Vodacom Blocked her number 079 82* **** Router device(still under warranty) gave problems my mom went to Westgate Vodacom Branch staff are rude till today its 16 days she is waiting for Router no messages no communication. Board Daylight ******* , *****ing people with their Vodabucks , Increasing Accounts. Worst Phone Network is Vodacom !!

Customers Please beware when refilling your Gas Bottles at Gas For Africa Ontdekkers Roodepoort , they robbing customers kg's of gas , Weigh your bottles after refill please. My Aunt had a bad experience after suspecting the bottle too late , Rude & Unprofessional lady at front desk no manners at all. Will never go back there again.

Purchased Sweetie pie Mallows Pies Banoffee limited edition and Assorted flavours, flavour was missing , very bitter , tasted great before. filed a complaint staff are Extremely Rude Unhelpful & Unprofessional, they don't find any problem , Money is all that matters. Beyers Chocolate definitely dont take pride in their PRODUCT, Just customers they **** to keep their doors open !!! 🙄😟😯👎

PURCHASED TWO TODAY'S PUFF PASTRIES FROM PICK N PAY ,IT BURNT SO QUICKLY AND WAS RAW INSIDE , I MADE IT FOR GUESTS THAT WAS SO EMBARASSING, IT ENDED UP IN THE DUSTBIN. I DID COMPLAIN TO RFG PIES & PASTRY , STAFF MEMBER (UGEN KISTEN) WAS SO RUDE & UNHELPFUL , UGEN EXPECTED ME TO KEEP IMAGES OR THE PIE FOR PICK UP TO INVESTIGATE, ROBBING CUSTOMERS IN DIFFICULT TIMES IS WRONG BUT TODAY'S STAFF MEMBERS DONT CARE ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THE "MONEY" YOU PAY FOR PASTRY / PASTRIES.
