Dstv offer an anniversary reward and mine was due in November. As I did not receive the award I sent an email on 14 December and I have semt them an email wirh proof. The reward was for valid 4 months family access. I provided screenshots in my email. REFERENCE 117528220 11752863 Last month after multiple emails the reward was given only to be billed for the family package and being told that the offer is only valid for one month. I am really dissapointed with Dstv and feel this is misleading advertising. I was grateful to receive the reward which should have been given in November but it was NOT which was not my fault. I would dearly love to know why I owe extra money when it says "4months on.us:" This is really dissapointing and I have loyally supported Dstv for many years now My account number can be supp****.
I have sent emails to dstv address help@dstv.co.za and no one replies. I played the rewards daily game and on 2 different days ,the results were "You have won: which both appear to be Fuel Vouchers.My question was how it can be claimed and the process. I would just want to know the process please. I have supp**** them with 2 screenshots

Receiving a fine is heartbreaking, following the dread of standing in a que to pay for it, is even more torture. On receiving the dreadful shock I immediately logged into the S.A fines portal and paid it. The experience was such an easy process and painless i may add. It has never ever been this easy. I hate admitting that it has been such a pleasure to pay for a fine!!! I was rewarded with a discount for paying early, happy days! THANK YOU S.A FINES FOR MAKING THIS SO EASY. Nice bonus for breaking the law which I regret. Excellent service from Roshan. Well done S.A fines( but hoping not to give away my hard- earned money ever again.
I accidentally rated DSTV but my query still is not sorted out. The Dstv rewards no one is able to get back to me and I keep getting passed to different departments. I had I rewards vouchers which I opted to exchange for Checkers gift voucher of R100.00 each . One went through and the other stated that it was already used. I supp**** the proof about 4 times, it gets escalated and....still nothing. Very soon they will tell me that it is too late to use it through no fault of mine.I am very sad about the poor level of customer service from the Rewards department.
Dstv rewards in my opinion us a **** as when one complains the account gets escalated when they can't fix it. I was told to wait 48hours and it's almost a week ago and now they tell me that I did not respond in 48 hours. Meanwhile I have a paper trail of communication. I played dstv rewards and had a Checkers R100 voucher and combined it with my partners R100 voucher and went to Checkers. The one went through and the second one did not go through and said it was used. It was not as we both hot it on the previous evening. Another voucher after this was for R75.00 also for Checkers. After trying to retrieve the voucher on the site it suddenly froze and I can still not get in. The transaction list freezes so one cannot view the voucher.number. I was told via email it was sent to technically be sorted. I have sent numerous email and it's reached a dead end. I will gladly forward all email if someone would be will to sort this out. There are 2 voucher outstanding one for R100 and one for R75. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
