Absolutely outstanding service everything I needed to know was provided with out me asking
Worst place ever made a withdrawal for a really large amount and all of a sudden they decided to change my eft withdrawal to a 1 voucher withdrawal and the one voucher was sent to someone else who oredy used the money now it becomes my problem and I must open a case at the police station and so on yet it had ntn to do with me I just want my money and I'm done with them I'd never recommend anyone to use them
Once again after 7 months of banking with absa after being told the last time that my drivers license can be used as proof of identity and that the issue was resolved I went in the mall@55 branch once agin and the exact same lady (Lerato) tells me she can't assist me with anything and was being very rude even tho I explained the branch manager said license can be used as proof of identification I'm very disappointed and I really hope that she doesn't treat all customers in this manor. If this issue can't be resolved I will be closing my account
I opened a absa account moved all my debit orders and my salary to them ordered a card it never came after 2 months I ordered a replacement card which is ready for collection I went to the Absa mall@55 branch to collect and a very rudely spoken lady told me I can't get my card if I don't bring my ID and proof of residence I explained to her that I don't have a ID due to me being ****** but I do have my driver's license and or a certified copy of my ID and I was told it's not her problem if I don't have a original ID or temp ID she will not help me and I can't get my card and I was told I can keep doing cash sends to use my money so I rep**** I think it's better I change to a different bank so I could get better service and I was told no problem you can go ahead absolutely terrible service if this is how the relationship with me and Absa is going to start I rather end it here.

Absolutely terrible money has been taken from my account but now that they have the money they keep declining my bank statement and keep pausing my verification. The customer service whatsapp number if u message them they only reply after 5 hours or longer no assistance from anyone even tried calling they number it doesn't go through
Continued Disappointment with FNB Bank Services I am deeply disappointed in the ongoing poor service I’ve received from FNB Bank. After accepting a policy last week Wednesday, I have yet to receive my policy documents. This is unacceptable, as I am unable to review the excess structures and terms and conditions without the documents in hand. Since last Wednesday, I have called every day, and each time, I am given the same false promise that the documents will be sent to me by the end of the day. Yet, nothing has materialized. I have also requested a manager to call me to address this matter, and I have been ignored repeatedly. As a customer, I am left frustrated and concerned about the bank's ability to uphold basic customer service standards. How is a customer expected to make informed decisions when such important information is withheld? If this issue is not resolved soon, I will have no choice but to cancel the policy before even starting a relationship with FNB Bank. I strongly urge FNB Bank to improve its communication and service delivery, as the current experience is far from acceptable. Until these issues are resolved, I cannot recommend FNB Bank as a trustworthy financial institution.
