I’ve emailed for months and and getting now where , I am under debt review but I’ve never missed a month of paying vehicle , yet my credit score and ITC records show that’s I’ve not paid this entire year!! Well done on your customer service and messing up my profile ! Highly dont recommend you as a service provider Very dissatisfied Very disappointed for choosing you as a finance company!
Got a call today , agent had all my details already without me even giving this out ! Complete violation of POPI Act , asked me if he can contact my creditors to find out why they are messing up my credit score and do I consent , I said yes he very quickly wanted to say goodbye , I then stopped him and asked what company he’s calling from and told him I don’t want to be ****med into yet another debt consilidation scheme I told him I’m handling my own account and I don’t need there help , he still obviously proceeded without my consent as I got a message stating my authority with my ID NUMBER !!!! If management doesn’t call me tomorrow I will have lawyers involved!!
Time for my monthly rant cause Vodacom can’t get their **** together !!! 29 march I paid R690 via the app , 4th April my statement reads balance brought forward R709 (no payment made ) But his month and last month in accounted for !! WTAF!!! When are u people going to get it right , every other month there’s a problem! - update I get a call this morning being told I must send a POP , how the hell do I get a POP by paying through the app , I question this woman as a Vodacom consultant asking for this and she tells me then they can’t help me , all I can do is screenshot I can do a POP as I paid through the app not and EFT YOU PEOPLE ARE A ****IGN JOKE AND I CANT BELIEVE THE **** IVE DEALT WITH TO DATE !!!!

It is safe to say that since last year I’ve been writing reviews for Vodacom’s attention as this is the only time they respond promptly and let me tell you I can now officially say I am done begging for my rights as a consumer , I am done asking you guys to do your jobs , no one by far all the way up to management is competent in completing a task let alone doing there jobs!! I will not be paying u Vodacom , I logged in today to find my data bill increased by R75 ??? Why ?? How ??? Yet again an additional R10 for contract cover I didn’t authorize or even ask for. I started by signing up my contract that I could afford at R530 pm now I sit with a bill of R700+ I’ve asked the questions , I’ve done the homework, I’ve enquired , I’ve begged and pleaded and yet these issues from August 2024 have not stopped!!! I lost hours of work time sitting on the phone with u guys , I lost airtime have to call you , I’ve lost money paying incorrect bills. NOW I AM DONE! You are in breech of contract and I will not pay for a service I don’t receive. U are quick to cry for your money when short payments are made but u bill and ***** from your customers MONTHLY! new flash - I am blacklisted already - so cut my phone line but I refuse to pay for a service I don’t get. As a customer it’s is disgusting to have had to deal with such poor service ! Thank you
Yet another month of un-authorised charges Contract cover going on 3 months now I’m paying for -I NEVER HAD THIS CHARGE BEFORE , never asked for it , never authorised it Data gone up from R327 to R355- why???? When I took this contract out last year April I was paying R530 I’m not sitting on R700+ What they don’t inform you of is all the hidden costs involved , like your caller ID @R10 per month just so u can see who’s calling you 🤣🤣🤣 so ridiculous!!! Then if u aren’t checking monthly billing you’ll soon enough end up realizing the increase in your contract My fear is if its increased this much now imagine the cost in 36months! #TheftByContracts

If zero stars where an option you would be rated accordingly I have never had such careless attitude from a dealership. I bought my pre loved Ford eco sport 2018 in July last year , car was in immaculate condition, or so they said , just serviced , dekra done 114 point check and all in order. My car not having done 5000km since purchase oil pump failed due to wear and tear on the cambelt, last major service was NOT DONE, motor warranty for engine was two months out , my warrenty insurance on the cars extended warrently only approved R18000 out of the R95 000 damage I reported such to Renault , no response , no assistance , zero courtesy I follow up with the principal via email aswell as management I get no response. I sit with damage on a Car I’ve hardly used as a daily runner aswell as thousands lost , paying insurance monthly for a car I haven’t touched since January 7th. Absolutely heartbroken and devastated, one would think of getting better service while purchasing a vehicle.
