I am still waiting for the Feedback from this hospital after a ********** experience I encountered when I wrote an email to HR on behalf of client. They sent a link and provided them with contact details, but they have not come back to us. Even the client says the HR people in that hospital are extremely insolent to say the list
Vincent Pallot Hospital has a ********** service. We are acting on behalf of our client who was injured at work and the Hospital HR is not assisting her in claiming worker compensation fund. The woman just slammed the phone when I asked for an email address, I was calling 021 506 5219
We (N. Gumbi & Associates) are acting on behalf of Zodwa Nkwanyana (case ref no: 25976475) who has instructed us to request and demand full investigative report from Nedbank investigations for *****ulent "Send Money" transactions totaling over R25K. We have been remonstrating with the Bank from the 3rd of Dec till date. A total of 8 letter and telephone calls have taken place. Today we are told that the investigation has been finalised and no communication has been sent to us or our client. They said they were going to wait for another 21 days to communicate to our client. We said to them "We hope the full investigation report will be sent to our client soonest lest the bank reputation is tarnished by its appalling and unprofessional conduct."
Tymebank still not resolved my query after two weeks I sent an email. I requested them to transfer my funds from Tyme Bank account to my other account. The e-mail was sent on 26 Nov and again 9 Dec 2025 when they said they received it and to date no response. I sent the email from gumbidlaminiq@gmail.com and can be contacted on 0773751072. Please don't ignore my pleas that's very unprofessional/
Tymebank says it has resolved the matter and tried to call me and yet I have given them my number which is 0773751072
Tymebank has not responded to my email that was sent on tuesday last week. Horrible service I must say.
I am still experiencing problems in accessing my account at Tyme Bank and have gone to Home Affairs to have my thumb prints updated. I also sent a request email on 26 Nov 2025 to them asking them to transfer my funds to my capitec account and have received no response.
Time bank has been putting me from pillar to post. They are even very unprofessional in solving my thumb print matter. On Friday, 10 November they said they were going to send the link to my GMAIL and then they said they were going to send to my new number which is 0773751072 which they haven't. Their service is very poor and a serious indictment to the poor people they claim to serve to the best of their ability.
For the second time TymeBank is failing to print my bank card which disables me to access my account. I phoned their help centre several time to no avail.
I wrote a letter on behalf of my old uncle on 1 Feb 2021 to the Department of Justice informing them that my 76 year old uncle to date has not received a cent from the TRC's R30k monies that were due to him. My uncle has been put from pillar to post regarding this. I again wrote an e-mail to the Ministry of Justice and copied Mr Pasha head of ministry on 28 and 30 october 2024 who has not responded. I phoned him and directed me to write him an sms which I wrote twice on 01 and 4 nov 2024 to date no response has been forthcoming. My uncle reasonably suspects that his monies were deposited into some officials account. Please help
