I have a policy with Santam and today I’ve just received the terrible experience with them. Lodged a claim for Roadside Assistance (No fuel), this happened on my way to work as I was leaving home still in my street on my way to fill up at the garage. Asked bypassers passing by to please assist and push the car back home. An agent called from Santam and asked where I was and I explained to her what happened and she told me that the roadside assistance would not be covered because I am at a “non-roadside location” when I asked why she said because I am safe and that if the fuel is brought to me then it would be from my pocket. Now my question was what would be defined as “non-roadside location”? The paying was not the issue as I could’ve made my own arrangements had I known this was the case and not go through the admin of logging a claim. Still at the end of our call I had still not received the definition of “non-roadside location”. This was very disappointing as this did not live up to Santam’s slogan / tagline of “Insurance Good and Proper” Isn’t the whole point of insurance to give the policyholder peace of mind and putting them in the same situation as before the loss? WHAT IS A NON-ROADSIDE LOCATION? If one were to run out of petrol while in a shopping mall a few Kms away from the garage would that also be seen as non-roadside location because that person is safe? You need to give a clear definition on your terms and conditions as this gives no clear definition to your clients. This was very disappointing to say the least.
Only giving this b*llsh*t of a company a star because I cannot proceed further to leave a review. Ordered a parcel for delivery but their courier guy told me to pick up the parcel from their depo yet the delivery was included in the order. I called their contact number but held for 16 minutes and called again for another 16 minutes yet the was no answer their automated machine keeps telling me that there are callers on the line ahead of me when it comes to my turn it then says I must send an email. NEVER USING THEIR SERVICES AGAIN!! I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them.
3 months ago I made payment to settle my arrears and to this day my credit report has STILL not been updated, despite the many efforts I have tried (sending emails and calling). All I keep getting when I call is that it will be updated, there has been no response to the many emails I have sent in the previous months.
You people are not even worth 1 star, you deserve no star at all. How do you feel when people leaving reviews EVERYDAY of how they are being ****med by Hollywoodbets?? Especially on your Aviator chats where you’re just banned for nothing, why?? As if ****ming people on their hard earned money. Do you think people in this economy just wake up and decide to donate to aviator with their last cents? It’s about time you’re reported to the National Gambling board so they can audit your entire organization because you are becoming too comfortable with ****ming people now.
Hollywoodbets does not even deserve a star. This organization really needs to be looked at or better yet reported to the Gambling Association, we deposit our hard earned money in the hopes to try and get little winnings but there’s just no winning. Aviator and Sweet Bonanza are not fair paying games after all the deposits you only get little returns (if you are lucky enough)
I’m extremely unhappy with the service I’ve received from PayJustNow recently. If I could give half a star or no star at all I would, because the service doesn’t even deserve one star. The issues with their interest fees and the incompetence of their customer service agents is unacceptable. I’ve been querying their interest rates and why I was charged double in one month, despite having already paid for the initial purchase. Instead of addressing my specific concern, the agent keeps sending automated responses without actually resolving anything. The situation is incredibly frustrating as the interest fees keep increasing! I’ve decided that I want to take this up with the ombudsman because the fees alone could easily cover my last installment for next month. Their only explanation is that they advise clients to make purchases on payday to avoid debit issues, but when I ask where that information is clearly shown to customers using PayJustNow I receive no proper answer.
