Discovery Flexicare Health Plan is a ****, they say they cover unlimited GP visits and medications and when I went to a doctor and got 2 prescriptions both was declined and I was told none if the medication is covered and when I queried it with discovery I was told that there's a list of medication that they cover and they emailed it after my query but their site for FLEXICARE PLANS clearly indicate unlimited GP visits and medications which is false advertising.
Toxic company that do not appreciate good educated staff. They are ********* and they hire and fire staff as if people do not matter. While employed there for 3months they fired over 20 people including pharmacists, managers, blue overall workers and office workers. Their Supervisor charges unemployed people R500 to get employed here and they tolerate behaviour like this because I have escalated it to management and hr who is the CEO and they do not enforce disciplinary but they find it fit to believe the dishonesty, yet they continuously lie and try to get rid of new management or new recruits, so they do not show that they are *********. Gossip is a culture in this company and if you are there to work and don't entertain this they take you out eventually because they love to gossip about each other, sad story but please do not leave a permanent position for this job because you will regret it !!!
This is an ********* company that has been so unprofessional and rude over the phone when I asked for information on the sms and emails that I receive and continuous calls for an account that was taken in 2016 and closed in 2021 when I was retrenched but they are threatening legal action 9 years later....I am unemployed and have taken no loans since 2021 when I got retrenched, so why do banks hand over closed debt to this company who cannot even share details
This is a company that ****s people and promise loans that they never pay out, please do not approve any debit mandates as they will debit you but you will not receive any loans from them. Report them to your bank's so that they can be investigated and convicted for ****ming many South Africans

They require a R3000 upfront payment in order to approve your loan, apparently it's for insurance, **** ALERT, no creditors will as for upfront fees
