Bad quality of material Biker Jacket
I purchased a biker jacket from FOSCHINI, I paid for through a 3 month lay-by.I was very excited about this purchase as I saved up for it.However upon recently taking it out of my cupboard, I noticed that the outer layer of the jacket is peeling off like paper. Also note I store my jacket in plastic and only wear it for special events. I AM EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED IN THE QUALITY OF THE MATERIAL AND BELIEVE ITS DEFECTIVE. I KINDLY REQUEST THIS JACKET BE RETURNED TO YOUR WAREHOUSE FOR ASSESSMENT AS THIS IS NOT THE QUALITY I EXPECTED FEOM FOSCHINI.

Disappointed customer
I was at Retreat Hungary Lion - just opened short of staff waited 35 min for 3 burgers. there is no sense of order or process. The rolls of the burgers were as if they bought it at Shoprite next door. very disappointed.

Unhappy client
I am phoning since Monday for someone to assist me with my mother's medical. Evertime I get asked did you send POP I confirm yes then I get 3 reference numbers because I called 3 times now. The last call was that recons will uplift it if there is a problem tell me so we can sort it out please .

Overstressed overtired pensioner
My mother of 78 has a problem with her fingerprint she was at home affairs which they gave her letter to confirm who she is and has no fingerprint at this time in her life. She opened an investment with African Bank Tokai Cape Town it has been now a couple of weeks already that this issue is not resolved that they confirmed she can't access her account to see the balance everytime it's escalated to the IT then the Head now the Ceo because there isn't a way to access her account what ******* I am sure this can be override by their IT. So imagine they say everytime they will call her in a couple of days it's been weeks now and still nothing.
