I bought my first product 2-3 years ago (no itch scalp mist) due scalp psoriasis and during flare ups, that has been my saving grace! Shampoos worked after a few washes but this cleared my scalp instantly. After using different products from different brands, I’ve most definitely fallen in love with silki! I love that they care for sensitive skin with every product they make! Product by product I’ve learned to trust this brand. I’ve finally bought myself a full kit for my face including some extra goods but most importantly the hyplochlorous spray that I have an unhealthy relationship with, spraying it on my face whenever I see it 😂. Being an SAHM makes that even worse because I see that bottle everytime I open the fridge 😂. THANK YOU SILKI 💜

Been with Vox since 2021 after getting good reviews. This year I moved and contacted them to install a new line. Firstly - I wasn’t advised of being charged pro rata. Only found on after my debit order rejected on 25 March because they DOUBLE DEBITED R1976. Second - Upon contacting them via WhatsApp I was told there was supposed to be a discount offered for staying with Vox when moving of R807 which means they were then only supposed to debit R1169,38. I asked the agent on 28 March if there is any arrangement I can make and was told my arrangement was declined, I need to make full payment or my line will be cancelled. Arrangement declined but made no effort to make an arrangement. I tried getting funds together as it seemed nothing less would be accepted but was unsuccessful. Third - contacted them via WhatsApp again on 11 April, explained my situation and was told a collections manager will contact me. 15th April I then emailed the support box asking if the manager will still be contacting me with a screenshot of the WhatsApp chat where I was advised she would - no response. Fourth - contacted them once again via WhatsApp on 23rd April, after receiving a statement now being billed R2099.79…… I once again explained my situation that had an arrangement in March been discussed with me I would’ve been paid up by April month end seeing that the so called manager did not contact me… the agent on this day then advised me arrangements can only be made with collections manager and that he would contact me. I left my and my partners contact details. No attempt to call me, just an immediate email sent to the email address I signed up with - my wifes. I received an email that same day from a manager Jean Ray advising they can offer me 50% payment arrangement. I responded 2 days later due to no internet access as my line was suspended on the 11 April, asked 50% of what? Seeing that I was willing to pay since end of March already and have since been billed for the new month, if it’s half of the R1.1 or R2099. Told them how they debited R1.9 instead of R1.1. Also told him how I’ve been trying to make an arrangement since March. They have then, on the 25th April debited the R2099 without confirming any sort of arrangement although I’ve been reaching out since March. I attached a copy of the WhatsApp chat as proof that I have been trying to reach out and make arrangements on time to this “manager”. To date I have not received any response from him or anyone else from Vox besides the automated messages telling me my account is behind, suspended etc.
I resigned from my job early 2024 and took my provident fund from Sanlam. In December I received notice of a penalty from SARS for R300 and some change because Sanlam did not submit my IRP5. I called SARS, they advised me only Sanlam can sort it out. For the whole month of December I have been making calls and sending emails to Sanlam. I wait 20+ minutes on a call until I eventually run out of airtime. I sent several emails requesting calls backs and filled out the sheet on the Sanlam website several times requesting a call back from them and all I receive in return are auto responses advising me someone will contact me within 24-48 hours. It’s been a month that I am waiting and I have no response for SARS whatsoever because Sanlam are the only ones that has my IRP5! Service is pathetic!
Not too long ago I shared my experience of pnp canal walk and Howard centre.. Yesterday I purchased wooden s**** margarine to use early this morning only to open it up this morning to find it stinking like mould with the obvious mould on the wrapper and the margarine itself. This was purchased at the Vangate mall branch. Pnp as a whole continues to sell spoiled goods no matter what branch! I don’t even have the receipt to return the item but I will be visiting the store to give them their margarine back! I have already sent an email to your customer service department regarding this matter.
I bought a Mickey Mouse printed T-shirt for my son on 31 August 2024. I now notice that the print has since started to tear and pieces have already fallen off. The stores are refusing to return the item because it has passed the 30 day policy by 2-3 days. The T-shirt doesn’t have a tag on but I have the receipt, it still has the 100% cotton sticker and it has never been worn due to the fact that it was slightly to big for my son when we purchased it
Pick ‘n Pay canal walk branch always has something rotten! If it’s not spoiled eggs or eggs infested with maggots once you open the package, today I opened a litre of milk from a box I bought just about a month ago and even that was spoiled. Poured out as per normal but once heated up it became thick. Warmed up some more to make sure it wasn’t the porridge the first time around but the same thing happened. 3 weeks ago we bought a big pocket of onions at Pnp Howard centre and half of the pack was off! Onions were brown and slimy once cut open!
