Excellent services
I would like to appreciate the lady by the name of Nathani Chellan, who was i was struggling a lot to load water until I contact the landline number and she so patient to me and her communication skills is so good and so professional. picked up and assisted me throughout the process. I really appreciate you. I would also like to lay a complain to a lady called Nthabiseng who assisted me the other time. I called and texted her over ten times with no response, she later hang up my call and switched off my data. I trusted her so much as she help me the other day and I have also rated her good but today I am soo disappointed in her.

Medical Care unit admission
II recently had the unfortunate experience of needing hospital admission at RPH, but I must say the care I received was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were incredibly professional, compassionate, and attentive to all my needs during my stay. The medical team took the time to thoroughly explain my condition and the necessary treatments, ensuring that I felt informed and comfortable throughout the process. The nurses were always available, checking in regularly and responding quickly whenever I needed assistance. The facility itself was clean, well-organized, and equipped with all the modern amenities to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The food was also surprisingly good for hospital standards! Overall, my experience at RPH exceeded my expectations, and I felt well cared for every step of the way. I am truly grateful to the entire team for their dedication and professionalism, and I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of medical care. I would also like to mentioned the ladies that cleans and those that provided food, their service is excellent they communicate very well.
