I worked for Altron Bytes people solution some years back. To get a hold of them has proven to be a nightmare. The receptionist cold transferred me twice to the HR and both times my call was ignored. The third time the receptionist provided me with a email ann.oconnel@altron.com. Which guess what does not work. All I need is a certificate of employment or an IRP5.
I worked for MERCHANTS SA for 6 not that bad at all however I was retrenched in August and still have not been able to get my UIF as their HR/Payroll department is unable to send the correct forms. They first gave me the incorrect salary schedule and then gave me a UI-19 form with the incorrect remuneration amount. I have been waiting since September for this to be corrected. I was advised that Ernestine Nyenhuis is the only person who could correct this however nothing has been sent. Totally disappointed.
I sent an email on the 16.12.2024 and to this day I have not received any correspondence back. This is the email was address to the Beneficiary Fund department.
Most not user friendly for first time customers. The app is giving me issues. The daily limit is unchangeable, which made me late in paying my bills. I'm going to change my salary to another bank. My balance does not make sense and the branch were not helpful at all.

For over two weeks, I have been attempting to contact Alexander Forbes through various channels, including WhatsApp, telephone, and email, but have not received any response. This lack of communication is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience. I expect a prompt response to this complaint and immediate action to address my concerns.
