I ordered on the 16th of September,I have sent emails and no response to my emails,I can’t even log in to the app .I want my refund
I’m still experiencing the same issue,I have been complaining about for the past few weeks .it’s like no one cares and clearly there is an issue I can’t be without internet 2 or 3 a week for a few hour and no solution to this issue.I’m the only one in my neighbourhood experiencing this,find a permanent solution or please send someone to take your WI-Fi please
Hi have been complaining about the Wi-Fi issue since it was fixed on the 12 June ,everyday for a few hours it goes off then comes back after hours,I have written numerous reviews/complaints here on hellopeter I always get a response that someone will call ,no one calls.no follow up I’m just being ignored like my issue doesn’t matter , If you can’t fix this issue send someone to come take your wi fi and give me my refund back,
I complained here on hellopeter about the Wi Fi having a red light ,I received a reply that someone will call me no one ever called,the consultants on WhatsApp are just rude they end the conversations when I still have questions to ask,the Wi-Fi only works a few hours every day then there is a red light most of the time,we have online classes we can’t wait for this issue to resolve its each and every day,my daughter has a class now at now ,there is a red light,zoom fibre doesn’t care about its customers.I have written a lot of reviews is the past 2 weeks no one helps,your service is just headache
My wi fi was fixed on the 19 th June ,Thursday ,today there is LOS red light ,I only used the wi fi 3 days after having to wait for 8 days to be fixed,zoom fibre is such a disappointment as I said before we use fibre for online classes and basically for everything what am I supposed do now
Zoom fibre is stress on its own,I have been enquiring about the ticket I was given from the 12 June,everyday it’s a new story I have even written 3 reviews this is the fourth nothing have has been done,I have been told I will get a call from maintenance,no one called,today I was told there is another delay on my ticket ,what am I supposed to do with that ?when I ask about getting refund I’m just ignored and told the chat will be closed ,the only thing zoom fibre provides is stress not service,I cannot keep texting on Facebook,WhatsApp and emailing everyday without response or at least someone calling like they say they would.your service I get is not free .I want what I paid for not stories
I have been without internet from the 11 june,I reported the issue the next day and later received a call and was told the maintenance team will call me Friday when they are on the way to my house,16h00 i sent a text on WhatsApp to check if the maintenance team is coming,I was told that my ticket was closed,marked as resolved,I waited the whole day at home ,I have never had a good experience with zoom,my daughter and I have online classes ,we had to miss those classes because we don’t have internet.this is such an inconvenience to use because we rely on fibre and don’t have a budget for data,Yet again so disappointed
I’m very disappointed with zoom fibre and their service from the year the fibre was installed to this day I have never received good service,I have always had to wait weeks or months for a simple issue to be resolved,Saturday I reported an issue with the Wi-Fi I was told the maintenance team will call me to schedule an appointment to resolve the issue,yesterday Monday I had to yet make a follow up today Tuesday I had to make a follow up,I was then told there is no turnaround time,I also requested a refund as I have paid for a month ahead ,because zoom always takes week to fix the fibre issues and never reimburse the days without connection,I am so disappointed really,I have a daughter working from home and she is so frustrated ,the agent are just making things worse with their not convincing answers 😡
My package was supposed to be delivered on the o4 oct ,when I check my SHEIN app order has been returned due to wrong address,I then edited my address and waited days for my delivery,today 10 October I received a call from a driver that he was delivering and asked me to send him my location which I did,after an hour I called to check how far he was,his phone was off,at around 4pm I checked on my app it says I have received my parcel ,which I never recieved. ,I called buffalos call centre,I called 3 times spoke to your consultants and got cut off each time,I then emailed and was told they are investigating.what are you investigating your driver never pitched and worse he switched off his phone,your service sucks ,your consultants don’t help they just good at cutting calls ,I want my parcel
Zoo fibre is the worst I had to deal with,I have been without internet since 22july,I have called,sent WhatsApp messages and Facebook messages,when ever I enquire about the issue I have they ask me a lot of questions and tell me they will send technicians,it’s the third month now I’m still waiting for technicians
