I bought a lunch container with a bamboo lid. After washing it ,it changed the shape. I returned it and the assistant lady argued with me that I've placed the lid in the microwave even after I told her multiple times that I didn't. She is the rudest assistant I've ever encountered with.(Mapule) She has attitude for days. What kind of training do they get to think they can give us that attitude and even argue with us about a quality issue?and this is not the first time I've encountered such a problem with sheet street at the grove. It seems like they do as they please with customers. The manager didn't even reprimand her when she was rude.They telling me that because the lid is bamboo I'm not suppose to wash it with hot water that's why it lost shape, that i know but i washed it with warm water, and if I were to argue that container didnt even have instructions. I just wanted an exchange and a whole manager tells me she doesn't have authorization . Like really? The manager can't assist me because she has a stock take the following day, how is that my problem?
<div>I am very disappointed and upset with service that I get at this school. I am a returning student and switching program. I've app**** in April for June intake. I've sent all necessary docs and made payments, my application was delayed but yet I was registered, therefore I couldn't get into the sec semester. In July it was only then I received my login details for student portal, I was moved from June intake to September, yet my login details are still not going through. My sales agent is rude, she blue ticks me, when I ask about an update, she tells me to do it myself. I just want to start with my studies but the administration in this school is poor and making things hard for us. They don't priorities their students.</div>
I am so disappointed and upset by the service I got from Mr price mams mall. I made a lay-by and on Tuesday I wanted to take it out,I was told my lay-by was misplaced and that am suppose to come back the following day, which I did. There was an item I wanted to refund because I found a good fitting at another stores. I was told it cannot be done same day. Which I know it is a lie. The most irritating thing is the attitude of the cashier that was assisting me,her name is Lisbeth her attitude was stinking. Those people don't care about the customer, they do as they please with us.Now I have to make a third trip for something I could have done in one day. I am so upset.
