After an awful experience with another lov company. I contacted swift solar and had the best service and experience. Pool is now sorted. Clean and neat and swift 😂
Signed up in November 2018. The sales rep promised me the world. When they installed the technician said he would come back and fix. I tried for 2 weeks to get them to come back and they told me I must pay a call out fee. Eventually after throwing my toys they came back and sorted it out. The owner Wesley is rude and actually once told me to go and ask google for help because I reviewed them on google. Generally terrible service with lots of threats if you complain. They were also charging VAT but did not have a VAT number until recently. Sometimes when it goes down you will not be able to phone because it just rings. Just stay away – loads of people scammed by this company. Don’t believe their fake google and hellopeter positive reviews.

Someone drove into me and I initiated a claim. Got an email from discovery to say claim was authorised. No other details regarding the claim (no amount or listing of repairs - just said it is approved). Took my car to the panel beater and he phones me and says the PDC is not covered because it wasnt specified. I keep asking my claims adviser the following and she is refusing to answer. Hoping someone will answer now: 1 - why was the fact that the pdc not covered not mentioned on the claim authorisation. It was clearly damaged as it had popped out. Surely they should have said your claim is partially covered and we will not cover your pdc due to the fact it was not specified. Apparently if you pay extra for something (even if it was before you took ownership), it needs to be specified. I understand that is why it is not covered, but i need my question answered above?? Why didnt they list on the email what the repair will entail - then i would have seen that the pdc was not covered. 2 - Why did she not phone me to tell me and let the panel beater do that? Surely she is my consultant and should tell me what is going on.

Hi
o Last year I was moved to MTN from Nashua
o In May my phones were cut off for almost a week for no reason as they accounts were all paid up to date. Couldn't phone call centre - as YOU DON'T HAVE ONE
o I then checked my bill and realised I was overcharged by MTN on my top up accounts ???? Network packet switched data
o Tried hellopeter and social media - no response. Call centre shut down
o Unable to view online bills to check for other months that I was overcharged.
o Eventually on the 25th of May I was told it would be sorted out after I sent the same email 40 times.
o Today I see it hasn't been sorted out and more unauthorised charges and when I send query again - no response. Next week is debit order day and I am not prepared to get charged more money. I cannot afford to have over R1000 extra going off my account.
o I would like all the unauthorised charges reversed immediately
o I was receiving a corporate discount of 17% from Nashua - this seems to be missing.
o I want a credit on both phones for the week the phones were cut off.
o I want an apology from MTN for the aggravation and inconvenience.
I have contracts with MTN and today I checked my latest bills. These were originally with Nashua and I insisted that they have limits of only the contract data and the airtime. On occasion the data and airtime has finished and the phone has stopped working (which is fine) I see on my may account it has R1045 for PACKET SWITCHED DATA CALLS. Please explain what this is and how this can happen. We have checked the data on the phone and we definitely didn't go over the limit it says we used 196 megs from the 1st of May up until now. This is unacceptable. I never entered into an unlimited contract and was assured by Nashua that these phones would cut off once the data and airtime was finished. Also both phones are not working today and we are unable to phone your call centre because it has closed down? Please phone me on the mobile number and not on the MTN number as it is off during the day.
