Maternity claims are forever.Im still waiting from the 3rd september for payment...how can payment be processed and take this long. I feel maternity benefits should be marked as top priority cause we have to return back to work.
Being on maternity leave and not receiving any salary and being dependant on the one income which is my uif.My baby is 1 month old probly rolling onto 2 months and i havent even received one payment.All documents approved and payment is on its way for how long already.I feel maternity benefits should be giving 1st preference and payment should be on time cause we need to soon get back to work yet have to deal with a newborn.i had 2 operations with birth and i dont have the energy to fight for my own money.call agents are not much of a help and emails get automated with the same storey.
I am very dissatisfied with his company and I am seeking the CEO contact cause not even complaining to the complaints department help any situation.i am on day 38 and no payment yet or assistance just lies.I had to take a personal loan to cover what I needed to with my 2 pot moneys cause 20days has passed already.i am really disgusted in the poor service as I am a professional working person just like the rest of you guys are.
It's been another week of struggling with no communication and no progress and I'm still waiting on my payment.
I've logged a complaint on hellopeter lastweek and was promised to sort out the issue.This is very unpleasant and disturbing experience that ive been going through for almost a month,I have heard nothing from no one.If no one can assist me as promised I will take this further further.
I'm really disappointed in Alexander Forbes for there service and there customer care.Ive been investing 13 years in this company.How can service be this poor for a minimal claim of R30 000.Ive emailed all documents repetitively every day because the agents who I call hanging on to atleast 40minutes a time keep saying they haven't received documents so finally my claim was done after 3 weeks and sorted sent to sars tax directive done and when payment needed to be done I received an email stating my bank refused payment.Contacted bank and ***** department said they would never ever do such a thing unless it's a foreign or unknown account trying to pay money into my account. So therefore this is so over whelming and stressful cause it suppose to be emergency funds and we have our own lives to live we cannot live for this kinda unprofessionlism daily fighting day in and day out on matters that can be resolved In a second. We all have professional jobs so why would another professional company treat our claims unfairly.Is there not a specific person that just deals with your claim and make sure corrections are handled professionally and in an orderly manner.Im really really unhappy about this,even emails doesn't get responded to.
