We booked our 4 footed child, Harley in for an 8 day stay while we went on vacation. He is a very sociable dog and had a great time playing with the other dogs and was well cared for by Gideon. When we collected him he was clean, calm and in good spirits. What more could you want. We have made another booking for him for our next trip away. My only gripe is I think the optional cost for the heating in the kennels is a bit over the top, otherwise I would have given them a 5 star rating.
I had not heard of this company however while researching for ideas for an upcoming trip to Thailand I saw an ad for their company. I asked a few questions from Beauty who communicated very well with no vague responses. What information she did not have at hand she quickly got back to me with the answer. Our trip was somewhat complicated involving road, air and boat transport but all of the connections that she made worked flawlessly and accurately and her pricing was very reasonable. When you select an unknown travel agent for the first time you are always a bit apprehensive however we certainly will be using her services again.
What a fantastic company. They were priced competitively, pitched up on time with 2 trucks, and moved all of our possessions safely and effectively. After 27 years in the same house I had accumulated a lot of treasurers and these guys were professional caring and cautious not to damage anything. Highly recommended.

Just before the country was shut down by COVID I managed to purchase two return tickets from Cape Town to London on Qatar via Flight Centre online for R15, 600. A bargain, I couldn't believe my luck. Unfortunately before I could board our flight we had the first lock down. Qatar offered me a voucher for the value of the ticket plus an extra 10% if I didn't take a refund. Assuming as many of us did, that things would be back to normal in a few weeks I accepted the voucher. By the time I wanted to travel again over 18 months later I was informed that the voucher had expired and I had lost my money. I went back to Flight Centre and complained that this was akin to outright theft. Fortunately Selephi Kumbula of flight centre managed to get a full refund of the original purchase price for me from Qatar and his assistance should be acknowledged. I will certainly be booking more overseas trips with this company.
With repeated warnings from Telkom that there were about to remove the copper cables from our area I needed a solution in order to retain my Telkom telephone number which I use for a small home business. A friend recommended Matt at LNX Solutions who I contacted. What a pleasure. Matt quickly organized that my telephone number be safely ported over to Switch Telecom (another excellent company to deal with) at a cost of only R49 per month payable to Switch Telecom. What a bargain compared to what I had to pay Telkom each month. He also advised me to go onto LTE internet service which I did. Furthermore since I wanted to be able to use my existing telephones and fax machine in my house Matt sold me an small ATA (analogue telephone adaptor) which plugs into my LTE modem and all my home telephones work just as they did on Telkom. Great service and my monthly costs are now a fraction of what I was paying Telkom each month. Fantastic service.
I picked up a Rain SIM card at Clicks and registered on Rain's website on 6 August 2020 and authorized them to deduct R479 from my credit card each month. Then I proceeded to go through the Rain FICA online requirements. I was able to upload my ID, my proof of residence and my photograph to their website however when attempting to perform their online facial recognition nothing happened. I tried several times without success. (I now find that many people are having that problem). On the same day 6 August I listed a complaint and received an email from them as fault number 2302219 with the message that I would be contacted within 24-48 hours. It is now 5 days later and there has been no contact. They have a message on their telephone that they no longer accept telephone calls. I would go to another service provider but now Rain will be taking R479 per month from my credit card and I have no way to contact them to cancel this order. What a sham. This borders on outright fraud and theft and If I do not get satisfaction soon I will be going to my local police station to lay a charge against them. Take a look at the numerous complaints on Hello Peter. This is a supplier that has gone bad. Stay away!
