Called Hyundai Cape Town for an ignition cylinder lock set. They sent a quote Then I call Johannesburg Warehouse they send me a quote for so much less and a different listing of the item. I call Durban I speak to Clinton, so unprofessional and so unhelpful. He quotes me per item. Where as all these other warehouses quoted me on the set. I ask him the total he says I need to calculate myself. How do they employ such bitter sounding people over the phone. Hyundai please assist me properly as I have been loyal to Hyundai.
Ordered items from the USA paid alot of money, only to view on the app after the delivery ETA my package will be delivered by 17 Dec 2024. So it's either lost in transit, damaged in transit or ******. I'm so angry right now and want detailed and transparent feedback Amazon.
I have not received the items by 8pm. I go into amazon app only to see a message that my items will arrive by 17 Dec 2024. What a joke, no communication whole day and suddenly , after I had to go look for a message on Amazon website. So it's either lost in transit, damaged in transit or ******. I'm so angry right now. Aramex and Amazon I want clear and transparent communication.
I called the guy Navan Moodley, tells me it's R1300 to start the process and then when I say I have worked abroad several times and never paid for application. He told me" the companies hiring me to sing is crazy" he dropped the call and blocked me. You are rude and disrespectful Navan!! You should never pay if people need workers abroad.
