Disappointing Experience – Not Small Business Friendly
As a small business owner, I was extremely disappointed with HelloPeter. Their platform seems more focused on monetization than actually supporting businesses—especially the smaller ones. The cost just to claim or manage a listing is unreasonable, and it feels like they’re prioritizing profit over fairness and transparency. Small businesses already face enough challenges, and being forced to pay just to engage with reviews or defend your brand publicly is unfair and discouraging. It’s disappointing that a platform claiming to connect consumers and businesses makes it so difficult for smaller companies to participate. I hope HelloPeter reconsiders their approach and starts offering more accessible solutions that genuinely support the small business community.

Disappointed with Tyme Bank’s Digital Limitations
I’ve been using Tyme Bank for a while, but there are a few key frustrations that make me consider switching to another bank. 1. Their cards are not compatible with Apple Pay, which is a major inconvenience in today’s digital world. 2. The iOS app doesn’t allow switching to business banking, so I’m forced to use an Android device just for that—completely impractical. 3. They also only allow one registered device at a time, unlike other banks like ABSA that support multiple devices. Tyme Bank has potential, but unless they fix these digital limitations, they risk losing customers who value flexibility and modern banking features.

In less than 10 minutes, I was fully insured! The process was quick and hassle-free, which is something you don’t often experience with insurance companies.
