Disappointing
Still waiting for my order to be delivered and the email addresses they give are not valid! There is an online form but no response from them except to say the order is being processed !

Exceeded my lowest expectation
I recently had a dispute over a contract that I was recently sold, their interpretation of the call when I was sold the contract is completely different to my understanding so the dispute was deemed invalid by them. Not sure how they say it’s invalid when you phone in for one thing and then get sold something completely different that is going to prove to be more costly in data that the original plan. So disappointed that I am stuck with them for two years. Never again

Be careful when trying to cancel your contract and make it a pay as you go and a salesman talks you into a product that ties you in for another 2 years when u think it’s another line you are purchasing but really it’s just a sales ploy

Efficient
Chairs were delivered earlier than expected so that was a win and they are lovely. However I do wish we could pick up goods from the showroom here in Ballito so as to save on the delivery costs.
