Useless
Been waiting for my item that has been with them for more than 10 days. I have lost count. Useless useless useless. It’s even past the time it was said it’s gonna arrive and tracking status still says it’s with them. The company lacks communication to. Useless marn

Dr. Deodotus from Khayelitsha Hospital
Had an awful experience with Dr. Deodotus “I think” at Khayelitsha Hospital today. My Sister had “stinging pains on her stomach and chest that prohibited her to breathe” so we rushed into Khayelitsha. To cut the long story short, we got there, they gave her a Panado and said to wait for the Doctor who arrived at 07:10. After waiting for 5 hours, the Doctor said he doesn’t see anything and did not even give her a Sicknote for work because he thought she is eligible to work, let alone suggesting Medication for the pains she’s feeling. He just discharged her, with no help necessarily, no change in her situation. Did I mention that this pain was making her struggle to breathe? That situation has not changed even now, waste of time, waste of a Doctor

Complaint
Lewis firstly delivered incomplete stock from my orders. I have waited 5 days, making today the 6th day and they still have no delivered my outstanding item. And this is upon communication, they kept saying they are coming with no avail. It’s exhausting, I am even starting to regret opening an account with them and reconsidering the continuation.
