R250 to change contract
Tried to change my membership fee from national to single club and got charged R250 fee for the change. This does not seem ethical. What does the fee go to? The process took 2 minutes? Again Virgin Active proudly showing off their greediness.

Empty promises.
My mother applies for a Fibre line in OCTOBER it is now 2026 and the order is “placed” all our neighbours’ lines have been installed and Openserve promised that it would be installed before the festive season as I need to set up my mothers devices and help her on the wifi. We have cancelled our old wifi contract as openserve made empty promises left and right and now we have no wifi at home. Politicians are more reliable.

Increasing debit order without permission
My debit order for a fixed contract increased by over R60 pm. This is a fixed deal for 24 months. No one at the call centre was competent enough to assist me. Sleezy business tactics. Will never recommend or work with them

Battery replacement Iphone 13 mini
I booked an appointment for a battery replacement, the consultant told me it will take 3-5 working days, which is reasonable. 5 Working days later the workshop confirmed my phone was received but they have to order batteries for overseas. Seriously, I have to book for an appointment to fix my phone, giving you time to order said part and you still don't have batteries. Anyway, got my phone 3 weeks later and they managed to send it to the wrong store as well. This caused me to slowly get off the apple infrastrusture. Worst of all is I had no spare phone and Istore didn't give me a borrow phone although it nearly took a month. Pathetic.

Vodacom cancellation
I cancelled my contract in May, In July I'm still getting billed. The consultants are useless and when I called I as told the original consultant that I had been on the phone for an hour, voided my cancellation request afterwards. After trying to sell me everything while I keep insisting that I want to cancel. Not only is this harassments, this is blatantly theft and *****ulent.

SPAM CALL
Harassing me with promo calls even when I ask to remove my number, they simply hang up and call again.
