Hey I Hope Deeanne finds this rating well from Hyundai alberton. Look the manner in which she showed care and kept me informed about my vehicle shows that she is the best person for the. service advisor position. She does and outstanding job and 5 star rating is and understatement infact she deserves a 100 out of 5. The best in the business. Please share this rating with her boss .she deserves all the praise. Yho,I've been trying to remove that one star and for a moment I thought my phone froze coz outdept advisers deserves no star at all.My biggest mistake was to let outdept advisors work with me but luckily for me in just two months I cut ties with them.I was told to pay R6000 for cancelation which I did .8 months later I'm still yet to receive a confirmation letter that proves that I have cut ties with them. This year I decided to call them once more to ask them to send me the confirmation letter but no one is taking me seriously. I'm not saying a thing now ,you will hear from my lawyer.
Good day If there were no stars for rating, I wouldn't pick even one, but i picked one star because it's the minimum. I am so. so disappointed in Garcia my advisor. She has been ducking me close to a week now. I asked her to cancel the process, and she told me to pay R6000 cancelation fee, and the cancellation process will take a month to clear my name from being flagged. I then paid it along with other requirements that were compulsory. I was told it would take a month, but I've waited for a month and its past that now and whenever I call in, I'm being told that she has stepped out and at one time I had called four times that day and each and every time I was told that she was not there and that she has stepped out. This is unfair and is costing me as she knows what is at stake. Can someone do something here as this need's urgent intervention.
