I bought a fridge online and whilst using it I was not happy so I requested a return within a month of buying it. I never got help, been calling their call center number n they've been transferring me to amanzimtoti where they were not even helping me. Been sent from pillar to post others kept on saying they were offline n promise to get back to me from the 4th of this month to date no help. Someone said they will send hisense technician to check while someone asked me to wrap it up and prepare it for collection I'm confused and I already bought a new one at makro again stuck with 2 fridges and no space in the house. I'm so frustrated and need a refund.
Please assist me with the following problem. I did a trade in for my Toyota Starlet because I wanted to downgrade which was financed by Absa bank. I bought a polo GP 1.4 2021 from KMH Durban Stalwart Simelane street, upon test driving the car, I did not find any issues with the vehicle, then the following day I saw EPC light popping up whilst driving and the car had no power. I took a picture and sent it to Lucky who was my sales man, he said to me I must monitor the light and let him know if it comes back because it kept on coming on and off. After sending it to him he asked me to send the car the following week and said that they were busy, off which I was not happy with, having to drive the faulty car as a woman and being stranded at times, emotionally impacted me negatively. I waited until the set date and even getting a courtesy car was an issue. They took the car for the first time and asked me to write down all the issues that I picked up from the car, which also included, back rest of the passenger seat, the wipers, and windshield washer, and the car had 1 remote key which was not working. After trying to sort out the car they brought it back and within few weeks the same light came back, I sent another screenshot, they took the car again, and I told them to change the car because I am finding lots of issues with the car but they refused and promised to sort it out. After sending the car 3times there for the same problem, they promised to give me another car because I had already reported them on Hello peter and they asked me to remove the complain there as they had already sorted the issue and I did. After that I discovered that the car had an accident in the front because the bumper started falling and they said that was cosmetic and it happens for all used cars, however when I bought the car they denied it when I asked if the car had an accident which is also a miss-selling, not disclosing everything about the car. They said that they won’t take it back, they can only repair the problem and give it back to me. After two weeks of sorting the light issue, it came back and this time it was a Sunday and when I did a screenshot it was ignored. I then called again on the 18/11/2024 to inform them again and they said the only option I have is a trade in, they cannot just take the car back because I was using it. I was dealing with Edwin the manager and Lucky the sales man. Attached is the screenshots of my conversations with the dealership.
I came to the bank for a deposit for a business account so couldn't do it at the atm since it also has coins. I've been waiting for an hour and I'm still not helped. I only found 1 person waiting and 1 was already inside with a teller. The guy is taking very long and this is always happening whenever I come to Verulam branch I experience the same issue. Mind you, I am at work and currently using my lunch time which is suppose to be 45 minutes. I spoke to a lady who spoke to the teller but I still had to wait more than an hour, she also told me that the guy is slow and that I must put this in writing so that they will sort it out. When I eventually get to a teller he told me system issues when they already told me that the system is nit a problem here it's him. This is frustrating and inconveniencing clients, it must be sorted out.
Very poor service, I regret doing a trade in with this company. I gave them my car toyota starlet with in good condition with 2keys and everything in order. Firstly we had agreed on the time for picking up the car but on the day I had to wait for hours before they had it ready. The car polo gp 2021 was for a downgrade, but very filthy inside, had no spare key, 1 key which the remote was not working, no carpets, no service book, bettery problems, no windshield cleaner, backrest issues on the chair, epc light. I reported they took it for a week, gave me a very old Toyota yaris with ****roches as a courtesy car which I had to fight for as well, to sort it out but still it is not sorted. The manager Edwin told me to buy new bettery when I complained about it, he said they had tested everything it was in order so I must buy a new one on my own. . I need justice from these people and I will make sure that they sort out all these issues because I haven't even started paying for the car but already I have to buy new bettery, key, carpets. They failed to deliver the service I was looking for and I wouldn't advise anybody to buy a vehicle with these people. They are very bad.
