Having been a client of MWeb for more than 25 years, I am questioning my choice due to pathetic online and telephonic support. Online I have been waiting for 50 minutes to change my password since it was created decades ago. I am now also waiting in line telephonically for 15 minutes and am still caller number 9! This is not what I would describe as service. Kindly employ more support representatives! Shocking!!!! I will go hunting for an alternative once I have my password.
One of my email addresses is suddenly not available on my POP3 account! I am unable to call them to rectify the problem. None of the telephone numbers are "not available right now" I went to the chat on their website, only to find I'm communicating with a computer who has sent me an email with a PIN....mmmm my email is NOT working!!!! More than a year ago I asked MWEB to activate my FREE WEBSITE IN MY SERVICES. i was informed that somebody will call me back.....I'm still waiting! Really MWEB, should I cancel my 30 years of contract with you? I'm very disappointed. Get your act together, you're not a one man business.
What a delight! After checking in I accidently left my phone on the counter. When I arrived at the boarding gate I realized my phone was not in my bag. I immediately thought it had been pick pocketed, sinking feeling indeed. A kind passenger sitting beside me allowed me to use his phone to block my phone, banking cards. Shortly after we boarded, a hostess walked down the isle looking for seat 23C. She showed me the phone and said, "this yours?" Wow, that's integrity! Thank you Airlink, the flights have been a very positive and enjoyable experience overall. Well done.
What a disaster of Olympic proportions! Graphiprint have done my business card and stationery design and printing since 2016 when they charged me about R1200 just for the designs. All went well until 6 February 2025 when I ordered more personalized stationery. The owner, of this business, Theresa, informed me that my artwork back-ups were ****** in a burglary (back-ups were not in a safe) and she needed the artwork to print, which I didn't have but sent her samples of the required stationery. She also moved from Olympus to her house in Faerie Glen. She accepted that the stationery would have to be redesigned, and she would have it done. Instead of getting a graphic designer to do it, Theresa decided to re-do the designs with no training or clue how to copy the artwork, couldn't find the right colours, correct fonts, right sizes and printed 1 sample of each which she asked me to approve at her house. She sent me a PIN location with no address so GPS took me to the street but could not locate exact house. I called her to get the street number, but she didn't answer her phone. I messaged her asking for the exact address twice which she has to date not rep**** to. I thought my GPS might have misbehaved so I drove out a second time with the same result. I called her again, and again she failed to answer. I called her the following week to check the artwork, and she told me to drive to Lombardy which is far from me. She offered to bring the samples to me for approval about 3 weeks later. Again, wrong colours, wrong font, wrong size and looked like a 6yr old had "designed" it. I gave her more samples and again 2 weeks later she brought me 1 sample of each to approve. Again, the artwork was shocking and again I showed her what was wrong with them. Thats when she blew her top and sent me the following message... "I suggest you please take your business elsewhere." Please be warned, this is not a company you would want to do business with.
I cannot adequately express my delight with the service I received at Woolies The Village yesterday. On arrival with my advanced obedience trained service dog, wearing all her harnesses and medical working dog vest, I was pleasantly surprised when security quickly acknowledged she wasn't a pet but a necessity and allowed me in without extreme drama which I often face in public places especially Checkers. Thinking I was only going to grab a few goodies, I took a basket and quickly realized it became too heavy. A Woolies employee took the initiative to ask if she could bring me a trolly which I gratefully accepted, after which she asked if she could get someone to assist me to push the trolly while I shopped holding my dog's leash in one hand. within seconds Lesego Ramotlhale was at my side and walked the isles with me while I shopped. After collecting all my goodies, she led me to the checkout where she also opened her till to process my purchase quickly. I have never before experienced such warm, spontaneously helpful staff in my LIFE! Well done to Lesego and your team at the Village. Keep up the amazing service.
My car which was financed through Wesbank was paid off at the end of April 2024. I requested the ownership be transferred into my name and paid an additional R360 In June 2024, I received my ownership papers by courier but the transfer of ownership was not done. Wesbank collected the documents from me to process the change of ownership. It is now almost 8 weeks later, my license has expired, I cannot renew my license as Aarto have not cleared my name from their enforcement register for a fine which was not even mine. I have been sending Aarto 9 weeks to revoke the speeding enforcement order wrongly identified as my car. When I emailed Wesbank to ask why the transfer is taking so long, they informed me they don't have my delivery address! Ridiculous! They had the documents delivered to me once before, they then asked to confirm the correct delivery address showing they clearly have the address. Between Aarto and Wesbank, I can decide which is more ***********!
9 weeks ago, I discovered Aarto have issued an enforcement order against me based on a camera speed trap capturing a photo of a Golf exceeding the speed limit and has the same number plate as my car. My car is a Jimny with a spare wheel on the back door. There is no arguing it's not my car. I followed all the processes of getting Police report, completing a day's worth of paperwork and sent these and photos of the back of my car to Aarto Representations and Aarto revocations. I have had ZERO response from them. I have called easily 10 different telephone numbers to drive a reply with no joy. My car license has since expired, and I am unable to renew my licenses for any of my vehicles. I also cannot take over ownership of my Jimny from Wesbank as my car is now paid off.
It's difficult to decide what I appreciate about them the most. The quality of the products is exceptional, the prices unbeatable and the service reliable, quick and always pleasant, The door-to-door free delivery is a super bonus! Well done!
Disappointing service, pathetic staff assistance, half the order out of stock, some orders lost in cyberspace and nobody at PnP care a dot! Shunted from pillar to post to track my order, 4 hours overdue and there's nobody interested in finding my order. I asked every "telephonic assistant" for the name of the person, all I got was background chatter in some African language and got dumped on someone else. I'm done with PnP, I'd rather order from Woolies or Checkers, they are efficient and know what they're doing.
While the previous owners of Canine Kids did a fantastic job of running a happy and safe, under the new ownership, the standards have shot up to surpassing any company standards. New water shells, training for the dogs and dog care takers are included. Jolandi, owner, is the most understanding, supportive and compromising business owner I've ever met. Always willing and able to help with Shadow, especially while she's on activity limiting accomodation. Cannot recommend Canine Kids Elardus Park enough. Shadow cannot wait to get inside the yard, pulls me off my feet to get inside!
