Zoom Fiber and their lies, empty promises and lack of services. My Fibre has been down since Thursday. And the maintenance people have been saying they’ll come and fix today is Monday I am still waiting. You reach out on WhatsApp they’ll tell you that unfortunately they can’t assist I should wait for the call from support. I am just tired of complaining. I sent emails and still no reply.
This is the worst network one can use. My Fibre has been offline for the past 3 days everyday I call they tell me that they will be sending someone! This honestly frustrating for someone that works from home. The WhatsApp service is extremely poor. Don’t consider this Fibre! I don’t recommend. You will also stay on line for long waiting to be assisted until you give up. Because I have been calling them with my numbers and I wasn’t getting any response I decided let me call using a different number they picked up within a minute and still **** saying they will send people to fix the line.
