Extremely disappointing experience with CliqToSave. They advertise products at attractive prices, but once you proceed and make the payment, they suddenly claim there is a “system glitch” and the order cannot be completed. This issue only arises after payment is taken, which is misleading and feels like false advertising. It wastes customers’ time and raises concerns about transparency and trust. I strongly advise other consumers not to buy from CliqToSave and to be very cautious before making any payment on this platform.
I am extremely disappointed and upset about a call I received (0110304141) from one of your consultants today regarding the warranty for my decoder. Despite clearly explaining that I was not interested in taking the warranty, the agent insisted aggressively and attempted to pressure me into accepting it. What’s even more unacceptable is that when I requested the agent’s name for reference, they refused to provide it and proceeded to speak rudely and insult me. This behavior is completely unprofessional and disrespectful, especially towards a paying customer. I expect this matter to be investigated urgently, and appropriate action to be taken against the consultant involved. Please also ensure that your representatives treat customers with respect and understand that forcing a service on someone is not acceptable.
A month later i haven't received my 2 rate change letters. I have logged queries on different platform till today no letter has been sent and they continue to debit my account without any view of how i am being charged.
I am writing to express my frustration regarding my order placed over a week ago 251002700209727. Despite the considerable wait, the item has still not been delivered. I contacted the call center, only to be told repeatedly that the item cannot be found in your system. This is extremely disappointing, especially since the same item clearly shows as available on your website with a different price tag even today yet you claim its not available.
I’m honestly fed up with having to repeatedly request a letter for home loan change every single time the repo rate changes. It’s 2025 — why is this process still manual? Standard bank already has all my details on file. Instead of making customers jump through hoops and send requests over and over again, this should be automated completely. Each time the rate changes, I have to waste time following up, waiting, and chasing after a letter that should just be generated and sent automatically. It feels like unnecessary hassle for something that should be straightforward and seamless. In this day and age, automation isn’t a luxury — it’s an expectation, especially when sensitive financial details are involved. Please, streamline this process. Save your customers the frustration and your team the workload by setting up an automated system that triggers these letters without repeated requests. It’s a simple fix that would drastically improve customer experience and trust.
I am writing to express my frustration and confusion regarding my account’s debit order payments. The last rate change letter I received was dated September 19, 2024, and since then, I have noticed that the rate has changed twice. However, I have not received any updated communication from the bank regarding these changes. This lack of clear and timely information has caused significant inconvenience, as every month the debit order amount differs without any explanation. It is increasingly difficult to manage my finances when I am unable to anticipate how much will be deducted from my account. The inconsistent deductions are not only frustrating but also concerning, as I cannot plan my budget accordingly. Could you kindly provide me with the last two rate change letters, detailing the updated rates and the reasons for these changes? I would appreciate it if this matter could be addressed promptly, as it is becoming quite distressing to deal with these ongoing discrepancies.
I want to share my frustrating experience with Standard Bank regarding my home loan payments. Recently, despite a decrease in interest rates, my monthly payment has inexplicably increased. This has not only been confusing but has also put a strain on my finances. I contacted Standard Bank’s call center, hoping to resolve this issue. Two weeks ago, I spoke with Keenan, who acknowledged that there was an error and provided me with the reference number REF:7061587262. Unfortunately, I later discovered that this reference was closed without any resolution. I reached out again today and spoke with Mohammed, who confirmed that the issue is known but has not been addressed. He provided me with another reference number, 7061982716, but it seems I'm stuck in a loop with no solutions in sight. The call center's service has been nothing short of useless. Their lack of action, even after admitting the mistake, is deeply frustrating. I strongly advise anyone considering a home loan with Standard Bank to think twice. The communication and support have been severely lacking, and it’s disheartening to feel like your concerns are not being taken seriously. Overall, my experience with Standard Bank has been disappointing, and I cannot recommend them for home loans.
