Hello Peter I hope you will help me like last time I wrote an review about Shein & their delivery company #Buffalo logistics, I place an order from Shein on the 9th March & payed taxed on the 14th....then since then I've been getting emails that my order was delivered and received of which I didn't receive that order ,infact I didn't even get the call from the delivering company, can you please help me. Thank you
We had a very bad experience about the accomodation we booked in your App, the place called Coast to Coast self-catering apartment 27 marine parade road in The place it's very good close to the beach, that's why we booked for the first place but that place it was so dirty and stuffy,smells very bad,dish cloths were very dirty,the most of their appliances were not working, Fridge, Microwave and Stove.As for the Stove it was a disaster cos we bought groceries without checking anything first little did we know that it's gonna be bad for us.we didn't able to cook that night so we tried to communicate with the owner but she said she can't help us cos it was already late to send electrician and she will only do that the next day,ok fine then she suggested that we should buy something for dinner that cost R300 and they will pay us when we check out ok we did that and sent her proof..but till today we didn't get our refund of that and our deposit of R600.. instead they sent one of our friend an email claiming their R1499 broken wardrobe of which we didn't even us that wardrobe. And the owner knows everything cos we sent some pictures showing her some of their furniture were not in a good condition at all .WE DIDN'T ENJOY OUR STAY THERE 💔😭😭we want our refund of We still have pictures and videos as a proof, kindly please help us to get refund 🙏🙌
We had a very bad experience about our accommodation we booked on bookings.com the place called Coast to Coast self-catering apartment 27 marine parade in Durban, the location was very good close to the beach, that's why we booked it from the first place.But that place it's very dirty, the most of their appliances were not working, stove, fridge and microwave.as soon as we checked in we rushed to the store to buy groceries, little we know that the stove it's not working,we had to order online and we told the owner everything and she said she will refund our money we used to buy our supper meal and she will send electrician to fix the stove in the morning, ok they did came...we still waiting for our deposit and our money we used to buy supper but still she doesn't refund us... They should remove that place on bookings.com we didn't enjoy our stay there.we have pictures as proof that everything was dirty and broken... kindly please help us to get our refund back 🥹
I placed an order from Shein on the 7th October 2024, they've been updating me about my parcel through shein app, Buffalo international logistics it's the delivery company that has my parcel, yesterday I received an email from them saying I received my parcel..I didn't receive my parcel, I never get a call like they used too.i've been communicating with them through emails, the whole day it's back and forth.they can't assist me till now.....can somebody help me here.I Didn't receive my parcel ..who signed up for it?cos they said it's delivered 😭💔😭
