We had a very bad experience about our accommodation we booked on bookings.com the place called Coast to Coast self-catering apartment 27 marine parade in Durban, the location was very good close to the beach, that's why we booked it from the first place.But that place it's very dirty, the most of their appliances were not working, stove, fridge and microwave.as soon as we checked in we rushed to the store to buy groceries, little we know that the stove it's not working,we had to order online and we told the owner everything and she said she will refund our money we used to buy our supper meal and she will send electrician to fix the stove in the morning, ok they did came...we still waiting for our deposit and our money we used to buy supper but still she doesn't refund us... They should remove that place on bookings.com we didn't enjoy our stay there.we have pictures as proof that everything was dirty and broken... kindly please help us to get our refund back 🥹

I am an accommodation provider. I received an email from SA-Accommodation.co.za to list my business. New site special offering lifetime listing for R399. Had some initial questions to which they replied quickly. Then paid the money & listed same day (21 Dec). They promised to have listing done in 24 hours, with max 48 hours. Emailed following day to say I'd checked, but no listing. Emailed again on 29 Dec to say still no listing. To date (06 Jan) I have not heard peep from them again. I emailed them a short while ago, and hope to hear from them by Monday. This is NOT the way to get your website going and to provide customer support. I have worked in the Travel & Tourism industry for almost 30 years, and this is, in my opinion, very bad service on their part. If you are not able to live up to your promise, the very least you do is contact the client to update them and apologise.
