DO NOT RENT FROM THEM OR LET THEM RENT YOUR HOUSE, APARTMENT, BUSINESS WHATEVER IT IS!
Ady and the business do not pay what is owed to you! i have been waiting over 3 months for payment back and they make excuses! They will even charge you for things that is you flag when you moved into the property! they make excuses not to pay and will find away until you have lawyers involved! DO NOT RENT OR LET THEM RENT YOUR HOUSE, APARTMENT, BUSINESS WHATEVER IT IS!

THEY WILL DEDUCT YOU IF THEY CALL - EVEN IF YOU STATE YOU DONT WANT TO FINALISE UNTIL YOU COMPARE !!
I had a call in August as I was looking for health insurance but did not commit to accepting a policy until I do research and compared with other companies. However, they deducted money from my account without my consent. When I asked for the call recording, they said they couldn’t send it. When I asked for my Certificate of Coverage (C.O.C) and my card that was supposed to be delivered, they said it “must have got lost in the mail.” They really ****med me and won’t let me listen to a call where "I stated I would take the policy". It’s TRULY an embarrassment, and when I take them to the CCMA, I want to see what they say then.

COMPANY ****
I had a car i had paid off and need a paid up letter which was sent to me in 9/27/2024 and stated to me it will take 21 days to clear, yesterday i called in and made sure to record the call as their agent told me it is now cleared on ITC yet to find out the company **** to me and now i have lost a bike I needed to buy, The service is utterly poor! i would love the manager to call me so i can send my proof through... which i will be taking to lawyers of a company that lies to the customer

NO RESPECT OR URGENCY IN THIS COMPANY
I paid off a car with them that i had outstanding over 30k left and i paid it since they hond, CALL AND NAG YOU all the time but once paid and you need assistance they dont care! I was on hold for 45 minutes and then called back and asked to speak to their team lead of collections - to which I was on hold for 10 minutes then called back and asked the same thing then transferred again and on hold again for 10 minutes until i hung up. this has to be the worst bank to try to finance with since no one takes it seriously, they will hond you for money but never return the favor in service. No sense of urgency and that could be based on the managerial style for sure!
